<p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p><p>Terrain Group is seeking a highly skilled Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant to lead the implementation, customization, and optimization of Odoo ERP across our manufacturing operations.&nbsp;</p><p>This role requires a strong blend of functional expertise and technical knowledge to configure Odoo modules, develop custom solutions, and ensure seamless integration with our business processes.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications for Odoo ERP implementation.</li><li>Configure and customize Odoo modules, including Manufacturing (MRP), Inventory, Procurement, Sales, Accounting, HR, and CRM.</li><li>Design and develop custom reports, workflows, dashboards, and integrations using Python and XML.</li><li>Support multi-company Odoo environment setup and configuration.</li><li>Provide functional training and support to end-users, developing user manuals and documentation.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external developers for customization and integration projects.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues promptly.</li><li>Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>4–7 years of proven experience as an Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant.</li><li>Strong expertise in Odoo modules: Manufacturing (MRP), Inventory, Sales, Purchase, Accounting, HR, and CRM.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Python, XML, PostgreSQL, and Odoo's ORM.</li><li>Experience with UAE VAT configuration, multi-company setups, and HRMS modules.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities.</li><li>Experience in the manufacturing industry is highly preferred.</li></ul>

Track daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly production performance against targets. Generate variance analysis reports highlighting gaps between actual and target performance</p></li><li><p>Experience in cement manufacturing operations including cement grinding and kiln operation, production analysis, or performance management.</p></li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.</p></li><li><p>Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, performance optimization, or a similar analytical role.</p></li><li><p>Proven experience in identifying, defining, and tracking KPIs relevant to business growth and operational efficiency.</p></li><li><p>Strong proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools such as SQL, Python (with libraries like Pandas, NumPy).</p></li><li><p>Technical Skills in MS excel, SAP/ERP systems, Power BI dashboard development and Data Interpretation &amp; Visualization . </p></li></ul><p></p></section>
