Overview Based in our Dubai office, we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join our Commercial Valuation team. This role is suitable for either a recent graduate with a degree in Real Estate, with or without prior experience, or a surveyor with 2 to 3 years of relevant valuation experience. The successful candidate will support the delivery of commercial valuation instructions and assist with research and advisory assignments. The role requires a flexible attitude, strong analytical capability, attention to detail and a willingness to learn and develop within a fast-paced professional environment.<br>Responsibilities Undertake valuation-related work allocated by senior team members in an accurate and professional manner. Support the delivery of commercial valuation instructions across various property sectors, ensuring work is completed within agreed deadlines and quality standards. Undertake market research and collect relevant comparable evidence to support valuation assignments. Conduct property inspections and gather relevant property and market information. Prepare valuation reports, presentations and support analysis. Develop a strong understanding of commercial property markets, valuation methodologies and relevant industry trends. Maintain accurate, orderly and up-to-date records, files, databases and valuation information. Understand and effectively use available office records, systems and technology to support valuation activities. Respond promptly and professionally to internal and external queries. Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients and stakeholders to ensure instructions are managed efficiently. Liaise with colleagues across the business to obtain market intelligence and support opportunities for collaboration and cross-selling. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, colleagues and market contacts while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Undertake any other duties as required.<br>Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Surveying or a related discipline; a RICS accredited degree is preferred. Suitable for either:A recent graduate / candidate with a Real Estate degree and 0 to 1 year of relevant experience; or a surveyor with 2 to 3 years of relevant commercial valuation experience, ideally within the UAE, GCC or wider property sector. Strong interest in commercial real estate valuation and advisory work. Progress towards MRICS qualification, or willingness to pursue the APC / MRICS pathway, would be advantageous. Strong verbal communication, numerical and analytical skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships. Clear and logical thinker with strong report writing and presentation skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to take ownership of delegated tasks and demonstrate a proactive approach. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Understanding regional business culture and real estate market dynamics is advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel; experience with valuation software such as Argus Enterprise or Estate Master would be beneficial. Fluency in English, written and verbal, is essential. Arabic or other language skills would be advantageous. UAE driving license, or a valid driving license recognized in the UAE, is preferred.
