The Fleet Coordinator and Workshop Manager will oversee workshop activities, including preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and spare parts management for trucks, tankers, and related equipment. Responsibilities include supervising drivers and workshop technicians, monitoring vehicle performance, maintaining accurate records, and enforcing safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance. The role also includes collaborating with operations and HSE teams, managing service providers, controlling costs related to fuel and maintenance, and preparing regular reports on fleet availability, uptime, and workshop performance. Qualifications Experience in fleet management and coordination, including routing, scheduling, and tracking of vehicles in a logistics, waste management, or industrial services environment. Strong workshop management skills, including preventive maintenance planning, repair oversight, parts inventory control, and vendor coordination. Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations, with proven ability to implement safe work practices and ensure regulatory compliance. Proficiency in using fleet management systems, maintenance software, GPS tracking tools, and basic MS Office applications. <br> <p>JOB PURPOSE:<br>Supervise and/or monitor and control process parameters of number of Hydrocarbon processing units and associated utilities simultaneously by controlling flow, temperature, chemistry, etc. through ICS (Industrial Control Systems) and/or DCS (distribution control system) in order to achieve and maintain safe operation within defined performance target.<br>KEY ACCOUNTIBILITY:<br>Control Panel Operation<br>Supervise the activities related to monitoring and recording of process parameters and identify deviations in operations from Control Panel, ensuring safe and efficient operations and escalating to the Operations Management when necessary.
