Job summary:Leads the development of Share Point and low-code solutions to support collaboration, information management, and business process automation. Oversees the design, configuration, and deployment of Share Point sites and low-code applications that streamline workflows and enhance user experience. Ensure smooth transition to operations, including content handover and usage guidelines. Provide post-deployment support to resolve configuration or access issues and ensure stability. Conduct periodic reviews of site usage, relevance, and performance to recommend updates or decommissioning. Manage site lifecycle activities, including archiving and cleanup of outdated content.<br>Low-Code Application Development Develop and deploy applications using Microsoft Low-code, including Power Apps and Power Automate. Build responsive and secure forms, apps, and workflows that automate manual business processes. Integrate low-code solutions with enterprise data sources such as Share Point, Excel, SQL, or APIs. Deploy applications in production environments following change and release procedures. Support end-users during rollout, addressing usability, access, and functionality issues. Track performance, collect user feedback, and implement enhancements based on operational insights. Ensure solutions remain up to date with platform changes and evolving business requirements.<br>Governance, Security, and Documentation Ensure that Share Point and Low-code solutions comply with governance frameworks, data privacy standards, and security controls. Document system configurations, custom logic, workflows, and known issues for maintenance and knowledge transfer. Follow version control and change management procedures during development and release. Support internal audits or reviews by maintaining accurate records and documentation.<br>Monitoring, Reporting and Continuous Improvement Monitor the health, usage, and performance of Share Point environments and Low-code solutions. Collect and respond to user feedback and enhancement requests to improve functionality and adoption. Identify opportunities to streamline development practices, reduce support overhead, and eliminate redundancies. Participate in retrospectives and improvement cycles to continuously evolve team practices and delivery quality.<br>Technology and Industry Trends Stay current with developments in Share Point Online and low-code technologies. Recommend platform updates or adoption of complementary tools in alignment with organizational needs. Participate in communities of practice, training sessions, or vendor briefings to share and gain expertise.<br>Policy, Procedures, Process and Systems Follow the operational strategy in compliance with group delegation of authority policy.
