<p><b>Main Duties/Responsibilities:</b></p><br><p>The Third-Party Management Senior Advisor, MEA will oversee third-party risk governance and support compliance with outsourcing and third-party management regulatory requirements across Cigna Healthcare Middle East & Africa (Cigna MEA). The role will act as a key regional point of coordination between business segments, Finance, Global Procurement, Third-Party Management, and Shared Services.</p><br><p>The role will negotiate and execute key supplier contracts, drive business value and cost savings, strengthen supplier governance, manage supplier issues, improve performance, and reduce contractual and operational risk. This is a key opportunity to establish and embed a Third-Party Management presence within the region.</p><br><p>In this role, you will be part of the Global Procurement, Third-Party Management, and Shared Services (GPTPMS) organization, with regional dotted-line accountability to the MEA Finance organization.</p><br><p><b>Responsibilities: </b></p><br><p><b>Strategic Sourcing:</b> Lead sourcing and contracting activities for MEA across assigned spend categories, using market insights, business priorities, spend analysis, supplier benchmarks, and strategic value levers to deliver cost savings, risk reduction, improved service outcomes, and fit-for-purpose supplier solutions. Complete supplier governance activities within the TPM tool, including supplier profiling, research, spend reviews, and assigned governance tasks. Perform vendor-facing assessments, including SLA reviews, business continuity plan reviews, contact updates, insurance certificate reviews, and other assessments as required. Manage and analyze supplier scorecards and surveys to ensure effective measurement of supplier performance and stakeholder sentiment.</p><br><p><b>Portfolio Management:</b> Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand portfolio requirements and deliver supplier-focused solutions. Primary Responsibilities Lead cloud security service delivery, technical governance and continuous improvement across Azure, Microsoft 365 and hybrid environments. Own CSPM/CNAPP baselines, policy-as-code, cloud connector coverage, posture dashboards and risk prioritization. Govern Microsoft Defender for Cloud plans for VMs, containers, storage, SQL, Key Vault, App Services and relevant Paa S services. Lead cloud identity and CIEM reviews covering PIM, privileged roles, service principals, managed identities, permissions and credential rotation. Review landing zones, network architecture, private connectivity, encryption, key management, logging, monitoring, backup and resilience controls. Provide security architecture input and validate designs before onboarding or material change of cloud, Saa S and AI-enabled services. Lead cloud incident response, root-cause analysis, containment and remediation across identity, workload, data and control-plane events. Establish vulnerability and configuration remediation priorities using exploitability, exposure, asset criticality, attack paths and data sensitivity. Drive container/Kubernetes security, image scanning, admission controls, RBAC, runtime protection and Kube/API audit monitoring. Integrate security into Git Hub/Azure Dev Ops pipelines through IaC scanning, secrets detection, dependency analysis and release guardrails. Govern exceptions and break-glass workflows with time-bounded approval, compensating controls and after-action review. About the job<br>The Procurement Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end operational procurement process, from order placement to supplier account management. This role ensures the accurate and efficient flow of goods and information, maintains impeccable records for financial and tax compliance, and acts as a critical liaison between suppliers, the accounts team, and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:Procurement & Order Management Place orders with both local and international suppliers. Follow up on order confirmations, invoices, and shipment readiness. Request and coordinate samples or marketing materials with suppliers. Request quotations for FMCG/marketing requirements and forward to Accounts for approval. Maintain and update Local & International Order Tracker (new orders, in transit, pending deliveries). Purchase Orders & Documentation Create Purchase Orders (POs) and Bills in Zoho and provide hard copies to the Accounts team. Validate and review Goods-In Notes against physical deliveries and system entries. Ensure credit notes are created for missing pieces, damages, or opened testers (retail shops). Accounts & Financial Support Review supplier invoices (SOA), and payment schedules before submitting to Gladys/Accounts. Validate suppliers’ SOAs related to goods with the Accounts team.
