JOB PURPOSEThe Bakery Manager – Catering is responsible for leading all bakery and pastry production within a high-volume catering operation, ensuring consistent product quality, food safety compliance, cost control, and timely delivery across client sites and events. The role combines hands-on culinary leadership with production planning, team management, and vendor coordination to support the wider catering business in the UAE. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPlan, schedule, and oversee daily bakery and pastry production to meet catering menus, banquet orders, and event volumes across multiple sites. Develop and standardize recipes, portion sizes, and production yields; maintain recipe costing to support gross margin targets. Ensure all bakery items meet quality, taste, and presentation standards consistent with client and brand expectations. Lead, train, and supervise bakery chefs, pastry cooks, and assistants; manage rosters, performance, and skills development. Maintain strict compliance with UAE food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP, Dubai Municipality / Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority requirements), including temperature control, allergen labeling, and traceability. Manage raw material ordering, stock levels, and supplier coordination to minimize wastage and avoid production shortfalls. Monitor equipment maintenance and kitchen hygiene (ovens, proofers, mixers, blast chillers) and report faults promptly. Coordinate with the culinary and operations teams on new menu development, seasonal items, and client-specific requests. Conduct regular audits of bakery production areas to ensure compliance with health, safety, and internal quality protocols. Prepare production reports, cost analyses, and wastage records for management review. Support large-scale event and banquet requirements, including off-site delivery coordination when required. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEDiploma or degree in Culinary Arts, Bakery & Pastry, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Minimum 5–7 years of progressive bakery/pastry experience, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role. Prior experience in a high-volume catering, hospitality, or contract catering environment is strongly preferred. UAE / GCC experience preferred; familiarity with local food safety regulations is required. Valid UAE Food Safety / HACCP certification (or willingness to obtain upon joining). SKILLS & COMPETENCIESStrong technical knowledge of bread, pastry, and cake production at scale. Proven people management, scheduling, and team leadership skills. Solid understanding of food costing, portion control, and inventory management. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple production lines and deadlines simultaneously. Strong communication skills in English; Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is an advantage given the multinational kitchen workforce. Dear Applicants, Homecentre Landmark group, is looking for Senior Manager_ Projects to join our team Job Title: Senior Manager_ Projects Experience: 10+years Location: Dubai, UAE Job Description The Senior Manager Projects will be responsible for the detailed planning, organizing, material specification, contractor evaluation, execution, monitoring and project control, ensuring timely and successful delivery of fitout projects (new/ refit/ refresh and rollouts) of moderate to high complexity with shared small to medium sized team from inception to completion. This role will focus on the creation of the project vision and planning documents and manage the implementation, reporting, and performance of the overall project with the expectation of delivering within specified timeframes, in an organized and cost-effective manner within budget and scope, to meet business satisfaction and maintain continuity of business. The role involves coordination with internal departments, consultants, malls, and contractors to ensure technical and quality standards, timelines, budgets, and safety requirements are met. Responsibilities Implement company procedures and project objectives on site including the project takeover from Inception, brand concept design through construction and handover always ensuring protection of company contractual position. Coordinate the identification and elicitation of requirements; conduct analysis of those requirements for completion and alignment; document and manage requirements throughout the life of the project; and coordinate the verification of the end deliverable. Coordinate with MEP design Consultants to ensure the correlations of all services within Architectural designs. <h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> We are looking for a Business / Data Analyst who is responsible for building a clear, end-to-end understanding of how Temenos T24 core banking data is currently consumed for reporting and analytics, and for translating that understanding into the business and data requirements that will drive the Temenos Insight data migration and modernization programme. The analyst conducts discovery with business, finance, regulatory-reporting, and channel stakeholders to inventory every existing report, dashboard, extract, and use case, map each back to its underlying T24 data and transformation logic, and define the reporting-continuity requirements needed so that outputs from the new solution can be validated against the legacy platform. The role establishes the prioritization and requirements baseline used by architects and the Senior Data Engineer to design and sequence the migration. (Note: this role supports the Temenos Insight migration; the Azure Databricks data lake is a separate initiative. ) Key Roles & Responsibilities Conduct discovery workshops with business and technical stakeholders to gather reporting and analytics requirements. We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Manager / Delivery Lead (Governed Digital & AI Platform) to join our team in Dubai, UAE. We are consolidating its AI and digital products into a single governed enterprise platform: one shared technical spine, a controlled release path, and clear boundaries between the core product, modules delivered by separate teams, and standalone or experimental work. This role owns that platform on the technical side and leads the team that builds it. It is a deliberate hybrid of technical product manager and delivery lead. You set and hold the technical and architectural direction, and you are accountable for delivering it into production and running the engineering team that does the work. It is a hands-on role, not a coordination seat. Reporting and team Reports to the Head of Strategic Transformation. Leads the platform engineering team (AI engineers, data engineer, graduate developer) and owns its delivery cadence, standards, and growth, including new technical hires. Serves as the technical counterpart to the product managers delivering individual modules, holding the interface contract they build against, and is the single technical owner other teams approach when new work needs a home. Key responsibilities Platform architecture and governance Own and maintain the platform's solution architecture: one governed spine (authentication, APIs, design system, data schema) consumed across every workstream, with isolation boundaries drawn so a failure in one module never destabilises the platform. Define and enforce the interface contract that separately built modules must meet before entering any shared environment. Keep repository, naming, and URL conventions consistent across the estate so it stays legible and maintainable as it scales. Release and deployment Run the promotion path across Development, UAT, and Production with defined gate criteria at each stage, so nothing reaches production unreviewed. Manage batched releases of core components, and land externally built modules behind feature flags so a failing module can be switched off without downtime. Migrate the platform from local development into COMPANY's managed environment and keep the deployment pipeline automated and repeatable rather than manual. Integration and forward delivery Onboard incoming modules through contract compliance, integration testing, and a defined graduation gate, protecting the core release cycle throughout. Own the forward technical roadmap: scope, sequence, and deliver new capability, and decide what becomes a core release, an integrated module, or a retired experiment. Team leadership and delivery Line-manage the engineering team: set sprint cadence, review architecture and code, uphold quality and security standards, and develop the team as it grows. Remain technical enough to work in the codebase, make architecture decisions, and unblock the team directly. Governance and assurance Ensure every capability that supports live client work is auditable, access-controlled, and defensible, consistent with COMPANY's governed-platform standard. Essential experience At least eight years in software delivery, including a minimum of four leading engineering or technical product teams that shipped and operated production systems. Proven ownership of a multi-environment deployment lifecycle (Development, UAT, Production), CI/CD, feature flagging, and release governance on a live product. A hands-on engineering background: able to read and review code, reason about API and data-schema design, and make architecture decisions, not only coordinate those who do. Direct line management of developers, including setting standards and running delivery cadence. Experience integrating independently built modules into a shared platform without destabilising it, using interface contracts, versioning, and isolation. Technical competencies Modern web application architecture, API design, and data modelling. Cloud deployment and environment management; infrastructure-as-code and pipeline automation an advantage. Working fluency with AI-assisted development tooling, including Claude Code, and comfort operating an application stack backed by large language models (model routing, prompting, guardrails). Version control, branching strategy, and code review at team scale. Desirable Exposure to the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) sector, or a computational design background. Experience deploying enterprise AI under governance, audit, or regulatory constraint. A record of establishing canonical project and configuration conventions across multiple repositories. First-year outcomes The platform is fully migrated to the managed environment with a documented, repeatable deployment pipeline. The interface contract is published and every new module onboards through it, with no integration destabilising the core platform. The Development, UAT, and Production promotion path operates on defined gates with no unreviewed production releases. The engineering team runs a predictable release cadence, with new technical hires productive. Agreed module deliveries are integrated on schedule against the roadmap. Scope note: This is a hybrid technical product manager and delivery lead role. Product prioritisation and stakeholder alignment are part of it, but the core accountability is technical: architecture, deployment, governance, and the delivery team. About the Role Our Retail Design team is looking for a Senior Retail Designer & Technical Specialist who is highly autonomous, technically driven, and comfortable managing complex projects from concept through production and installation. This role goes beyond design execution. We are looking for a specialist who can develop 3D designs while integrating technical feasibility, joinery constraints, manufacturing considerations, and Value Engineering from the early design stage. The ideal candidate will have a strong manufacturing mindset, practical knowledge of materials and joinery, and the confidence to work directly with suppliers, visit factories, inspect prototypes, and oversee quality during on-site installations. Key Responsibilities1. Technical 3D Design & Constraint Integration Develop 2D zoning and 3D models for strategic retail projects, including high-end salons, flagship stores, podiums, Sephora windows, and backwalls. Work across leading beauty brands including Kérastase, L'Oréal Professionnel, Redken, and Color Wow. Adapt global brand guidelines to local retail environments while ensuring designs are production-ready, technically feasible, and aligned with site conditions. Review architectural plans, MEP requirements, power/water data, vendor packs, and other technical inputs before commencing design development. Identify potential technical and manufacturing constraints at an early stage and propose practical solutions.2. Technical Drawings & Value Engineering Produce and review detailed Technical Drawings (TDs) using Auto CAD and Sketch Up, including elevations, sections, joinery details, assembly details, LED lighting integration, and technical fixtures. Apply Value Engineering principles to optimize designs, reduce manufacturing costs and lead times, and maintain the required aesthetic and brand standards. Recommend alternative materials, construction methods, and technical solutions based on project budgets and production requirements. Ensure drawings and specifications are clear and suitable for supplier/manufacturer execution.3. Supplier Follow-Up & Manufacturing Audits Act as the technical point of contact for local contractors, joineries, fabricators, and manufacturers.
