Role Description The Bullion Compliance Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for overseeing regulatory and compliance activities related to Simodi Gold’s bullion trading operations. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance policies and procedures that align with DMCC regulations, anti-money laundering (AML) standards, and international best practices for precious metals trading. The Bullion Compliance Officer will monitor transactions and customer activities, conduct regular compliance reviews, and ensure that physical gold custody and digital records remain accurate and secure. Day-to-day tasks include conducting risk assessments, preparing compliance reports, supporting internal and external audits, and providing guidance and training to team members on compliance requirements. Logistics Officer About the Role We are partnering with an Asian business expanding into the UAE market and are looking for a hands-on Logistics Officer to support the day-to-day logistics and warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience managing international inbound shipments from APAC, coordinating with overseas suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and warehouse partners. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth inventory flow from origin through to warehouse and final delivery. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices, payments, and financial records while supporting the smooth operation of our hotel portfolio.<br><br> Process supplier invoices, expense claims, and payment requests accurately and on time. Ensure payments are made according to agreed credit terms. Reconcile vendor statements and promptly resolve discrepancies. Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation for audits and compliance. Assist with month-end accounts payable reconciliations and reporting. Work closely with Purchasing, Receiving, and Operations teams to resolve payment-related issues. Support VAT and other statutory reporting requirements. Follow Hyatt policies, internal controls, and accounting procedures <br><br>Qualifications<br><br>Qualifications & Experience<br><br> Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably within hospitality. Good knowledge of accounting principles and Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Experience with hotel accounting systems is an advantage.
