The Opportunity
We are looking for a bold, entrepreneurial Chief Executive Officer to lead our company from Dubai and shape the next chapter of its growth. We operate at the heart of the value chain that serves retail and food-service players — connecting products, brands, and distribution to supermarkets, convenience, HORECA, and food-service operators across the region. We want a leader who thinks beyond the obvious: someone who can reinvent the way we create value for our customers, open new markets and channels, and build a company that is as agile as it is ambitious.
The Mandate Vision & strategy: Own the vision: define and drive a clear, ambitious strategy for a business serving retail and food-service customers. Growth & P&L: Deliver sustainable revenue, margin, and cash-flow growth while building long-term enterprise value. Reinvention: Think out of the box: identify new business models, channels, partnerships, categories, and revenue streams beyond the current core. Leadership: Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing executive team and a winning company culture. Stakeholders: Represent the company to the board, shareholders, key customers, suppliers, and partners.
Key Responsibilities Set the overall strategic direction and translate it into clear, measurable business plans and targets. Own full P&L responsibility — revenue growth, profitability, cost discipline, and capital allocation. Strengthen and expand relationships with retail chains, distributors, and food-service / HORECA customers. Drive commercial excellence across sales, pricing, category, and route-to-market strategy. Lead operational and supply-chain performance to ensure service, quality, and efficiency at scale. Identify and execute growth opportunities: new markets, new channels, partnerships, M&A, and innovation. Build, mentor, and hold accountable a strong executive leadership team. Shape a performance-driven, entrepreneurial, and customer-obsessed culture. Ensure sound governance, risk management, and compliance across all operations. Report transparently to the board on performance, risks, and strategic progress.
Required Experience & Background Experience: Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with a strong track record of increasing leadership responsibility. Executive tenure: At least 4 years in a CEO, General Manager, or equivalent top-executive role. Industry: Proven experience in, or serving, the retail and/or food-service sectors (FMCG, distribution, food supply, or related B2B). P&L track record: Demonstrated success growing revenue, profitability, and enterprise value. Business acumen: Strong commercial, financial, and operational acumen. Language: Fluent English with excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills. Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
Advantage (Not Mandatory) Knowledge of the UAE / GCC market, customers, and business environment. Existing network across regional retail, distribution, and food-service players. Arabic language skills. Experience scaling a business, entering new markets, or leading transformation / turnaround.
Leadership Profile — What Sets You Apart
Visionary yet hands-on: you set bold direction and stay close to execution. Creative and unconventional: you challenge the status quo and see opportunities others miss. Decisive under uncertainty, with strong judgement and a bias for action. Inspiring communicator who builds trust with teams, customers, and the board. Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving regional market.

This is a critical leadership role for someone who understands the prop trading industry inside and out and can help scale a fast-growing company from both an operational and strategic perspective. We are not looking for someone who wants to learn the industry from scratch. We are looking for a proven operator with deep knowledge of proprietary trading, trader behavior, evaluation models, risk management concepts, and the operational challenges of running a prop firm. The ideal candidate is ambitious, hands-on, commercially minded, and looking for a long-term opportunity where they can grow with the company and become a key part of its future. Key Responsibilities Work directly with the CEO to execute company strategy and business objectives. Oversee day-to-day company operations across multiple departments. Build, optimize, and scale internal systems, processes, and workflows. Lead and manage department heads and senior team members. Drive operational efficiency, accountability, and performance throughout the organization. Assist in hiring, building, and scaling high-performing teams across operations, customer support, marketing, finance, and other departments. Monitor key business metrics and provide strategic recommendations to leadership. Collaborate closely with product, marketing, finance, risk, and support teams to improve business performance. Identify growth opportunities and operational improvements. Support decision-making through data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence. Ensure company initiatives are executed effectively and on schedule. Represent the company professionally with partners, vendors, and key stakeholders when required. Requirements Extensive experience within the proprietary trading industry is REQUIRED. Strong understanding of prop firm operations, evaluation programs, trader psychology, payouts, risk management, and customer lifecycle. Has worked directly within a prop firm, brokerage, trading company, or closely related financial business. Understands the industry at an expert level and can contribute strategically from day one. Has experience recruiting, managing, and developing high-performing teams. Thrives under responsibility and enjoys building companies. Wants to grow with the business long-term rather than viewing the role as a short-term opportunity. Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and accountability. Capable of acting as a trusted advisor and partner to the CEO. KPIsOperational efficiency and scalability Department performance and accountability Successful hiring and team development Revenue and business growth support Process improvement and execution Strategic initiative delivery Employee retention and organizational performance
Compensation AED 30,000 - 40,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
