Job Description – CRM Executive (Real Estate Industry Only)<br>Position: CRM Executive – Real Estate<br>Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy CRM Executive with strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and hands-on experience in real estate operations, including SPA processing, Oqood registration and RERA documentation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, supporting sales and marketing teams and improving the overall customer experience through effective CRM utilization and analytics. CRM Management (Salesforce):Manage and maintain the Salesforce CRM platform to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Regularly update and validate customer, lead and opportunity data to maintain data integrity. Customize dashboards, reports, workflows and automations to support business objectives. Assist in implementing new CRM features, integrations and enhancements. Salesforce Administration:Manage Salesforce modules including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud. Create and maintain custom fields, objects and validation rules in Salesforce. Develop automated workflows, triggers and dashboards for sales tracking. Coordinate with the IT team to ensure seamless system integration with other real estate platforms. Provide user support and training to internal teams on Salesforce functionalities. Real Estate Documentation & Coordination (SPA, Oqood, RERA):Manage Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) entries, documentation and updates within CRM. Coordinate with Oqood and RERA teams for property registration, compliance and documentation. Ensure all client and project details are accurately reflected in the CRM and linked to relevant property records. Track unit handovers, payments and registration milestones.<br>Customer Relationship & Support:Manage communication with existing and potential clients through the CRM system. Ensure timely follow-ups on leads, inquiries and post-sales service requests. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.<br>Data Analysis & Reporting:Generate and analyze CRM reports to monitor KPIs such as lead conversion, sales performance and client retention. Provide management with actionable insights to improve processes and customer engagement. Identify patterns and trends from CRM data to support marketing and sales strategies.<br>Sales & Marketing Coordination:Support the sales and marketing teams in executing campaigns, promotions, and lead management through CRM. Ensure seamless lead flow from marketing initiatives to the sales pipeline. Monitor and report campaign effectiveness using CRM analytics.<br><br>Process Optimization & Compliance:Identify opportunities to streamline CRM processes for improved efficiency. Ensure compliance with data protection laws, RERA guidelines and company policies. Maintain confidentiality and security of all client and company information.<br><br>REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:<br>Proven experience as a CRM Executive, Salesforce Administrator or CRM Coordinator within the Real Estate industry.<br>Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud preferred).<br>Strong understanding of CRM workflows, lead management, and customer lifecycle in real estate.<br>Familiarity with SPA, Oqood, and RERA processes is mandatory.<br>Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.<br>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word).<br>Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.<br>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.<br>Salesforce Certification (Administrator / Associate) is an added advantage.
Job Overview:<br>The IT Audit Executive is responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of the organization’s IT governance, cybersecurity, data integrity, IT general and application controls, and technology-related risk management processes, including controls over the use of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, and recommending improvements in the IT processes and controls across the Group companies.<br>Key Roles and Responsibilities:<br>Contribute to scoping activities for IT General Controls (ITGC), application controls, cybersecurity, data governance, and IT project audits. Track remediation actions and validate closure of audit issues & participate in data analytics and other department initiatives. Support engagement leads on advisory engagements including system implementation reviews, infrastructure upgrades/migrations reviews, and digital transformation initiatives.<br>Educational Qualification and Experience:<br>Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or related fields. Professional qualification CISA (highly preferred), CRISC, CISM, CISSP & ISO 27001 Lead Auditor.3-5 years strong expertise in IT auditing, IT risk management, cybersecurity and IT governance preferably with Big 4 and Middle East MNCs. Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, databases, operating systems, and cloud platforms. Familiarity with COBIT, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, ITIL.<br>Skills and Competencies:<br>Strong understanding of ITGCs, cybersecurity, and application controls.
