Job Title: Senior Estimation Engineer – Mechanical<br>Looking for an experienced Senior Estimation Engineer – Mechanical with extensive experience in MEP contracting and be capable of independently managing the complete tendering and estimation process for large-scale construction projects. Key Responsibilities:Prepare accurate mechanical cost estimates and tender submissions for MEP projects. Independently manage the complete bidding and tendering cycle, including quantity surveying and estimation. Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs to identify project requirements. Prepare detailed cost estimates, material take-offs, and pricing analyses. Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations. Conduct cost analysis, value engineering, and risk assessments. Ensure timely submission of high-quality and competitive bids. Liaise with internal departments to support tender preparation and project handover. Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. MMUP Grade A certification is mandatory.
