Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Musaffah for a Stainless Steel Finisher. The Stainless Steel Finisher will prepare, grind, sand, polish, and finish stainless steel parts, panels, and structures to achieve specified textures and appearance. Responsibilities include reading and following work instructions or basic drawings, inspecting surfaces for defects, and correcting imperfections through appropriate finishing techniques. The role involves safe operation of hand and power tools, mixing and applying finishing materials where required, and coordinating with fabricators and supervisors to meet production schedules. The finisher will maintain a clean work area, follow all safety and quality procedures, and assist in basic maintenance of tools and equipment. - Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings, method statements, and QA/QC requirements.
- Prepare, raise, and follow up on RFIs, MIRs, and inspection requests.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams for project execution.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
- Monitor productivity and ensure efficient utilization of manpower and resources.
- Ensure compliance with EGA safety standards, permit requirements, and site safety procedures.
