The role includes supporting inspections, repairs, defect rectification, and component replacement to ensure aircraft serviceability and operational readiness. The position is responsible for performing assigned maintenance activities and recording completed work accurately and in a timely manner, in full compliance with Air Arabia procedures and applicable regulatory requirements, maintaining the required standards of safety and airworthiness. Job Title: Journeyman Electrician Purpose and Scope: This is a temporary 90 contract position in Abu Dhabi to perform inspection, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems to include primary distribution system, interior and exterior secondary distribution, interior/exterior perimeter and area lighting, access control systems, and grounding systems to support the mission on Al Dhafra Air Base in support of the Air Force Contract Augmentation Program (AFCAP). Essential Responsibilities: Shall be responsible for all electrical systems beginning with the main distribution panel downstream of the substations. Install, inspect, maintain and repair, primary and secondary circuits and equipment in facilities to include motors and motor control circuits. Perform routine operational checks, using operational manuals at a minimum, and repair as required to ensure the electrical distribution system is operational and properly phased and balanced. The Fire Alarm Technician shall perform inspecting, testing, and maintenance for ADAB’s fire alarm network, which include Fire Alarm Control panel (FACP’s), Fire Alarm Transceivers (FAT’s), and the Fire Alarm Central Dispatching Center (Monaco D-21) in a manner that will ensure their serviceability and operation. Essential Responsibilities: Perform recurring preventive maintenance on installed fire detection and alarm systems IAW UFC 3-601-02, NFPA Standards and manufacturer’s instructions in order to ensure the inspection of testing of installed fire detection, fire door, and alarm system at least once each contract year. Perform corrective maintenance on installed fire detection, fire alarm, fire door, and mass notification systems IAW applicable UFC 3-601-02, NFPA Standards and manufacturer’s instructions, to return a system or component to full operating condition. Perform repair on installed fire detection, fire alarm, and mass notification systems IAW UFC 3-601-02, NFPA Standards and manufacturer’s instructions, to return a system or component to full operating condition. Respond within all emergency service calls (1As) within thirty (30) minutes of initial notification from customer, COR, or Customer Service Unit to repair an installed automatic fire alarm system with no late responses allowed. Provide quarterly training to Air Force personnel (such as firefighters) on simple procedures for clearing the various Fire Alarm Systems and components and resetting fire alarm panels to restore operational capability. For each newly constructed facility, the Contractor shall install a new antenna mast (Government provided), connect the transceiver to the installed panel, program the new fire alarm panel to the Monaco system, and test the installation to ensure that the system is effectively communicating with the Monaco equipment (i.e., if any detector goes off in the building, the alarm is sent to ECC Fire Dispatch). Provide technical advice when requested by the COR for fire protection systems work proposed on work requests by other base agencies. Qualifications / Education: Must have an Inspection and Testing of Fire Alarm Systems Level II certification from NICET with 3 years’ experience. Registered, licensed, or certified by a state or local authority. Highschool Diploma or equivalent. All personnel must be able to fluently read, write, speak, and understand English. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Word and Excel. Valid US or local driver's license and US passport. Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a SECRET Clearance. Ability to successfully pass and maintain CENTOM contract medical requirements for duration of deployment Country visa (as required in line with the U. S. Prepare operational reports, maintenance trackers, and status updates for management. Ensure all facilities documentation is completed accurately and maintained in company systems. Support audits by maintaining organized and up-to-date documentation. Stakeholder Coordination Coordinate with property managers, tenants, owners, contractors, and internal departments to facilitate smooth facilities operations. Respond professionally to maintenance-related enquiries and coordinate timely resolutions. Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders regarding maintenance schedules, service updates, and operational matters. Build positive working relationships with vendors and service providers. Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to improve maintenance processes, operational efficiency, and service delivery. We are looking for a Senior FM Engineer (HVAC) who will oversee maintenance and repairs of electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), carpentry, painting, and other building systems Key Accountabilities Operational Check & identify if the buildings are being operated as per the designed parameters to ensure no built-up of stale & humid air within the premises. Perform a specific audit assigned by FM Department for all HVAC systems at the site and collect data in researching new technology or techniques that may be applied in the workplace to enhance the asset and propose energy-saving initiatives in all buildings. Perform an audit against the asset register and ensure each asset's accuracy is verified on field. Assist FM team in labelling and classification of all assets in coordination with relevant vendors. Ensure that information is accurately captured and maintained in the CAFM system. Carry out detailed condition survey against each asset in the building and share the comprehensive report. In coordination with the FM team, attend to all escalated maintenance / reactive complaints requests and ensure the repair jobs are completed efficiently & in correct manner in adherence to industry best practices & FM guidelines. Review repeated complaints / escalations & highlight it with possible solutions. In coordination with the helpdesk team attend to daily emergency maintenance requests from the tenants as they arise. Assist and Coordinate with the Facilities Executive's regular follow-up on pending maintenance jobs with vendors. Assist and coordinate with Facility executive in reviewing and confirming store management and scrap disposal. Assist FM team to manage the implementation of major renovation and capital improvement projects on the assigned properties and attend weekly and monthly meetings held by the senior engineer to talk about the ongoing project updates and completion. Assist in taking/handing over new and existing properties including managing snagging, de-snagging, Defect Liability Period (DLP), etc. Coordinate with Facility executive to review and validate the 52 weeks Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) Schedule shared by stakeholder. Track and monitor the effective completion of PPM as per the schedule. Collaborate with stakeholders to perform the regular audit of the assets after PPM completion in each building and ensure the effectiveness as per the schedule. Coordinate with Facility executive to monitor and analyse energy consumption and immediately escalate if any abnormal consumption with SFEAssist in commercial /retail tenant’s fit-out work drawings review and provide inputs. Do aperiodic check on all the contractor works to ensure that fit-out works are executed as per approved NOC. Coordinate with Facility executive for issuing PERMIT TO WORK (PTW) after reviewing all documents. After the work is completed, do a thorough check it gets proper closure as required. Vendor Management Inspect equipment (e.g. AHU’s, packaged A/C units, fan coil units, compressors, cooling towers and chillers etc.); systems (e.g. HVAC mechanical etc.); and the work of vendors to determine the condition of facilities, operational efficiency of equipment, quality of work performed, whether equipment is on the scheduled maintenance program, and the safety measure being used by local vendors and service providers while they are working on the equipment. Work closely with vendors, outsourced service providers, and contractors to protect the interests of the facility. During the refurbishment of vacant units, supervise and direct the work of the vendors and hand over the refurbished unit in coordination with the facility executive to the leasing team. Coordinate with Facility executive to review and validate all the reports from vendors and evaluate the performance as per PPM schedule and SLAs (number of calls responded to, execution time, etc) and provide a monthly report with a recommendation to SFE to evaluate possible causes of asset failures and take corrective action where needed. Review and validate all reports from vendors (reactive or PPM) on weekly basis to ensure the deliverables meet AMC requirements. Inspection Inspect test and evaluates HVAC Control Systems to improve reliability and to assure dependability, safety, and compliance. Conduct testing inspection process for a variety of tasks including the air quality, test for ducts, chilled water piping system, and Thermal Imaging test (Thermography) for MDB, SMDB, Bus bars, Pumps, etc. Inspects the vacant units and surrounding areas in coordination to recommend the scope of works for refurbishing / reconditioning and completing repairs/renovations. Perform inspections of each MEP equipment to ensure that it is in good working order and that safety precautions are being followed. Attend the move-out inspection of vacant units in coordination with the tenant and share the report with the Facility Executive for preparation of condition report including estimation of damages, and review and submit to the property team. Coordinate with Facility executive to ensure that all required third-party and statutory inspections are conducted and reports are completed on a timely basis as per the local authority requirements. About You:3 to 5 years job related experience and 5 to 7 years of experience in HVAC / Mechanical Field if holding a Diploma in Engineering Minimum 5 years of experience in Building FM operations Worked in Engineering FM operations Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Engineering Certifications in energy management & Safety would be an added advantage but not a pre-requisite. Maintain flower beds, baskets, and boxes by watering, removing weeds, trimming, and performing other maintenance. Replace and transplant trees, flowers, and shrubs. Maintain trees and shrubs by trimming and pruning. Trim and edge grass in areas that mowers cannot reach. Maintain lawns by mowing, edging, raking leaves, and performing other lawn maintenance. Install, maintain, and operate irrigation systems. Remove and bag trash from all exterior trash cans. The AFCAP Site Manager (SM) at Abu Dhabi Air Base is accountable for the end-to-end execution of the Engineering Support Services (ESS) contract, ensuring all operational, financial, and contractual requirements are delivered in full compliance with Performance Work Statement (PWS) standards, USAF expectations, and Amentum corporate objectives. This role provides on-site leadership and strategic direction to a multi-disciplinary workforce, serves as the primary interface with U. S. Job Summary We are looking for a CRM Executive, Growth & Marketing to support customer engagement and lifecycle execution across both the Zofeur app and Zofeur Black subscription service. You will be responsible for executing CRM campaigns across key customer journeys, helping drive user activation, engagement, repeat usage, and reactivation through targeted, data-informed communications. This is a hands-on role focused on campaign execution, segmentation support, and multi-channel communication, working closely with the Growth, Creative, and Product teams to ensure a consistent and effective customer experience across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, execution-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where testing, data, and continuous improvement guide daily work. Key Responsibilities Execute onboarding campaigns to help new users complete their first Zofeur ride. Support retention and engagement campaigns to increase ride frequency and repeat usage. Run reactivation campaigns targeting inactive or low-usage users based on defined segments. Support lifecycle communications for Zofeur Black subscribers, including engagement and renewal messaging. Execute CRM campaigns across push notifications, in-app messages, Whats App, SMS, and email. Set up and schedule campaigns using CRM and engagement platforms. Build and maintain customer segments based on behavioral and usage data. Support A/B testing of campaign messaging, timing, and creatives. Support referral and loyalty campaign execution. Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports with key insights. Work closely with creative and content teams to ensure timely and accurate campaign execution. Ensure CRM data accuracy, campaign QA, and proper execution across all platforms. Assist in maintaining campaign calendars and execution timelines. Support improvements to automated journeys under guidance from the Growth & Marketing Manager. Qualifications 4 to 6 years in CRM, lifecycle, or marketing execution, ideally in a B2C or app-based business. Experience executing multi-channel campaigns across push, in-app, Whats App, SMS, and email. Hands-on experience with any CRM or engagement platform. Comfortable building segments and working with behavioral and usage data. Strong attention to detail, with solid campaign QA and execution discipline. Able to interpret campaign performance and turn it into simple, useful reporting. A clear communicator who works well with creative, content, and product teams. Bonus Points For Experience in ride-hailing, mobility, or app-based businesses would be highly preferred Hands-on experience with Braze. Familiarity with Hub Spot.
