Minimum 5 years of experience practicing as a Specialist Dermatologist. Applications from GP Aesthetic Physicians will not be considered. Strong background in both medical and aesthetic dermatology with an established patient base in the region. Proven ability to generate significant monthly clinical revenue and contribute to business growth. Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory. Previous leadership experience with the ability to mentor, develop, and inspire clinical teams. Experience in a senior clinical leadership or Clinic Director role is highly advantageous. Active professional brand or strong social media presence within the aesthetics field is an advantage. DOH License is considered a strong advantage. This environment provides healthcare professionals with the opportunity to grow in a modern, patient-focused setting.<br>Role Description The Laser Therapist will provide professional laser treatments for hair removal and related aesthetic procedures, ensuring safe, effective, and comfortable patient experiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting patient consultations, assessing suitability for laser treatments, explaining procedures, and obtaining informed consent. The role involves operating and maintaining laser equipment, adhering to safety protocols, documenting treatments accurately, and following clinical guidelines. The Laser Therapist will collaborate closely with dermatologists and other clinical staff, support patient follow-up, and contribute to continuous improvement of service quality. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Bella Viso Medical Center in Dubai.<br>Qualifications<br> <br>Demonstrated expertise in laser hair removal and other aesthetic laser procedures, with a strong understanding of laser physics and skin types. Clinical skills in patient assessment, treatment planning, and safe laser operation, including adherence to infection control and safety protocols. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to educate patients, manage expectations, and maintain a reassuring, professional manner. Attention to detail in documentation, record-keeping, and monitoring treatment outcomes, with the ability to follow established clinical guidelines. Relevant certification or training in laser therapy or medical aesthetics; healthcare or dermatology clinic experience is highly preferred. Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage a full-time schedule, and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary medical team. Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages commonly spoken in Dubai is an advantage.
