<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>The Land Surveyor is responsible for carrying out accurate field surveys and measurements to support construction and infrastructure activities. The role ensures precise setting-out, leveling, and as-built data in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and UAE regulations, supporting efficient project execution and quality compliance.</p><br><ul><li><p>Conduct field surveys including setting-out, leveling, topographic, and as-built surveys</p></li><li><p>Establish and verify benchmarks, reference points, and control points as directed</p></li><li><p>Provide accurate coordinates, levels, and alignments for buildings, roads, utilities, and infrastructure works</p></li><li><p>Assist in boundary verification and cadastral surveys when required</p></li><li><p>Collect accurate measurements of distances, angles, and elevations</p></li><li><p>Record field data clearly and maintain proper survey notes</p></li><li><p>Process survey data using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or GIS software under supervision</p></li><li><p>Assist in preparation of survey drawings, layouts, and as-built plans</p></li><li><p>Support construction teams with day-to-day survey requirements</p></li><li><p>Verify work execution against approved drawings and specifications</p></li><li><p>Report discrepancies or deviations to the Senior / Chief Land Surveyor</p></li><li><p>Operate surveying instruments such as Total Station, GPS/GNSS, Auto Level, and measuring tools</p></li><li><p>Ensure proper care, calibration, and safe handling of survey equipment</p></li><li><p>Report equipment issues and support inventory management</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and construction teams</p></li><li><p>Follow UAE surveying standards, site procedures, and authority requirements</p></li><li><p>Adhere to HSSE policies and safe work practices during all field activities</p></li></ul><br><br><p><strong>Communications</strong></p><br><p>Internal:</p><ul><li><p>Senior / Chief Land Surveyor</p></li><li><p>Site Engineers &amp; Construction Teams</p></li><li><p>QA/QC &amp; HSSE Teams</p></li></ul><p>External:</p><ul><li><p>Consultants</p></li><li><p>Subcontractors (as required)</p></li></ul><br><br><p>The Land Surveyor works under the direction of the Senior / Chief Land Surveyor and follows approved drawings, procedures, and UAE regulations. Decision-making authority is limited to routine survey execution and data collection. Any discrepancies, boundary issues, or deviations must be escalated for review and approval.</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>ITI / Diploma in Surveying or equivalent qualification Land Surveyor</p><ul><li><p>3–6 years of surveying experience, Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in construction , infrastructure projects, Villas &amp; Highrise Building Experience .</p></li><li><p>0 to 2 Mandatory experience in UAE in similar role .</p></li></ul><p></p></section>
