Job Description – Estimation Fit-Out Engineer1. Job Purpose The Estimation Fit-Out Engineer is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates, BOQs, quotations, and tender submissions for interior fit-out projects. The role involves reviewing drawings and specifications, conducting quantity take-offs, obtaining and evaluating supplier/subcontractor quotations, analyzing project costs, and ensuring that all commercial submissions are accurate, competitive, and aligned with project requirements.2. Key Responsibilities A. Tender & Drawing Review Review tender documents, architectural drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project requirements. Identify the scope of work, exclusions, assumptions, and potential commercial risks. Review architectural, interior design, MEP, structural, and coordination drawings as required. Raise technical and commercial queries and obtain clarification from clients/consultants. Ensure all tender requirements are fully considered before submission. B. Quantity Take-Off & BOQPrepare detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications. Develop and verify BOQs for fit-out works. The Role We are seeking an experienced Aquaculture Manager to lead aquaculture operations, production planning, sustainability initiatives, and biological performance programs. The ideal candidate will oversee hatchery and grow-out operations, fish health management, environmental compliance, production optimization, and cross-functional collaboration while ensuring efficient, sustainable, and profitable aquaculture operations. Lead aquaculture operations across hatcheries, nurseries, grow-out facilities, recirculating aquaculture systems (RAS), ponds, cages, offshore farms, or land-based production facilities, as applicable. Lead, mentor, and develop aquaculture technicians, farm supervisors, hatchery personnel, fish health specialists, and cross-functional teams while fostering a culture of sustainability, animal welfare, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Aquaculture, Marine Biology, Fisheries Science, Animal Science, Environmental Science, Biology, Veterinary Science, Agriculture, or a related field. The Bridge Engineer will be responsible to produce the design information and coordinate with the CAD/BIM technicians for the drawings production. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all structural works are executed in accordance with the contract documents, approved drawings, project specifications, applicable codes, and quality standards.<br><br>Working closely with the Resident Engineer and multidisciplinary site team, the Structural Engineer will monitor construction activities, review contractor submissions, inspect structural works, and ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality project delivery from foundation works through to handover.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br><br>Supervise all structural construction activities for villa developments, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements, and applicable local authority regulations. Conduct regular site inspections of excavation, foundations, reinforced concrete, structural steel (where applicable), retaining walls, and other structural elements. Review and provide technical comments on shop drawings, reinforcement detailing, material submittals, method statements, and Requests for Information. Verify reinforcement installation, concrete placement, formwork, post-tensioning (where applicable), and structural connections prior to construction activities. Witness inspections and testing of structural materials including concrete, reinforcement steel, grout, and other structural components. Monitor contractor workmanship and ensure compliance with project quality plans, Inspection and Test Plans, and health and safety requirements. Identify construction issues and coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, geotechnical specialists, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical and interface challenges. Prepare site inspection reports, non-conformance reports, site instructions, and monitor timely close-out of corrective actions. Review progress against the project and highlight potential risks or delays affecting structural works. Verify completed structural works for interim payment applications and provide recommendations to the Resident Engineer. Participate in coordination meetings, progress reviews, technical workshops, and client meetings as required. <br><br>Qualifications<br><br>Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
