Skills Required: Strong knowledge of blown film extrusion processes, machine setup and operation, process parameter control, quality inspection, troubleshooting, material handling, production reporting, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Education &amp; Training Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, preferably with technical training in plastic manufacturing, along with advanced training in blown film extrusion, machine maintenance, quality control, process optimization, and workplace safety procedure</p><p></p></section>
