<section><p class="heading jdMain">وصف الوظيفة</p><p class="heading">الأدوار والمسؤوليات</p><div class="paragraph"><p>· إدارة جميع مراحل مشاريع أنظمة ELV، بما في ذلك التخطيط والتنفيذ والإغلاق.</p><p>· تصميم وتنفيذ أنظمة ELV مثل CCTV، التحكم في الوصول، كابلات مُنظَّمة، كابلات الألياف، الإنتركم، الهاتف IP، WLAN، IPTV، SMATV، BGM، PAVA، بوابة الحاجز، الخ.</p><p>· إعداد خطط المشروع والجدول الزمني والميزانيات.</p><p>· التنسيق مع العملاء والبائعين والمقاولين لضمان تلبية متطلبات المشروع.</p><p>· إجراء مسوحات الموقع والفحوصات لتقييم جدوى المشروع وتقدٌّمه.</p><p>· ضمان الامتثال للمعايير الصناعية والرموز والأنظمة.</p><p>· توفير الدعم الفني والتدريب للعملاء وأعضاء الفريق.</p><p>· إعداد وصيانة الوثائق والتقارير الخاصة بالمشروع.</p><p>· تحديد الأعطال وحل مشاكل النظام أثناء التثبيت والتشغيل.</p><p>· البرمجة والتكوين واختبار جميع الأنظمة.</p><p>· إدارة مواقع متعددة وتنفيذ أنظمة متعددة في وقت واحد.</p><p>· إدارة القوى العاملة والموارد.</p><p>· التعاون مع فرق متعددة الوظائف لضمان نجاح تسليم المشروع.</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">الملف المرشح المطلوب</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>· درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية، الإلكترونيات، أو مجال ذي صلة.</p><p>· الحد الأدنى 4 سنوات من الخبرة في إدارة مشاريع أنظمة ELV.</p><p>· سجل مثبت في نجاح تسليم المشاريع في مجال ELV.</p><p>· معرفة قوية بأنظمة ELV مثل CCTV، التحكم في الوصول، كابلات مُنظَّمة، كابلات الألياف، الإنتركم، الهاتف IP، WLAN، IPTV، SMATV، BGM، PAVA، بوابة الحاجز، الخ.</p><p>· مهارات إدارة المشاريع والتنظيم الممتازة.</p><p>· مهارات اتصال وتواصل بين شخصية فعالة.</p><p>· القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق.</p><p>· قيادة المشروع ووثائقه</p><p>· الإتقان في برامج وأدوات إدارة المشاريع.</p><p>· ADMCC/SIRA شهادة</p><p>· إدارة المشاريع</p><p>· أنظمة CCTV</p><p>· أنظمة التحكم في الوصول</p><p>· AutoCAD</p><p>· Microsoft Project</p><p>· Troubleshooting</p><p>· الوثائق الفنية</p><p>· التواصل مع العملاء</p><p></p></section>
