We are looking a highly skilled and safety -conscious Electrical technician to join our maintenance team, the primary role is to ensure the Electrical integrity, reliability and efficiency of all plant equipment, this includes high speed packing machinery , refrigeration systems ( ammonia experience a plus), conveyor, PLC- Controlled Processing, the ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with a strong Electrical background in a further Processing plant or FMCG.<br><br>Description<br><br>Electrical maintenance & Repair:<br><br> Perform routine and preventive electrical maintenance on all plant equipment. Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical issues on AC/DC drivers, motor starters, relays, sensors, and control circuits. Read and interpret electrical schematics blueprints, and PLC ladder logic. Install, calibrate, and maintain electrical components and systems. <br><br>PLC & Controls Expertise<br><br> Troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform minor programming changes on PLCs, HMIs, and VFD. Understand and work with networked devices and industrial communication devices and communication protocols. <br><br>Safety & Compliance<br><br> Adhere strictly to all company safety policies, including lockout/ tagout (LOTO) procedures, ARC flash safety, and NFPA 70E standards. <section><p class="heading jdMain">وصف الوظيفة</p><p class="heading">الأدوار والمسؤوليات</p><div class="paragraph"><ul><li><p>أداء مجموعة واسعة من الواجبات المتعلقة بالتركيب الميكانيكي، والإصلاح والصيانة للمكاين والمعدات والتركيبات لضمان تشغيلها بكفاءة مع الحد الأدنى من فترات التعطل، مع الالتزام بإرشادات السلامة والبيئة مع التركيز على التحسين المستمر. المحاسبات الرئيسية: يتعامل مع جميع اعطالات المعدات الميكانيكية وأعمال الصيانة المخطط لها/الوقائية/التنبؤية بأقل توجيه وإشراف ضمن القيود الزمنية المحددة مع تقليل وقت التعطل الإنتاجي. يقيم فنياً متطلبات الأعمال المخصصة ويختار الأدوات والمعدات اللازمة لإنجاز العمل. يتأكد من أن جميع أعمال الصيانة تُنفَّذ وفق إجراءات السلامة ومتطلبات تشغيل المصنع. باستخدام نظام الصيانة المحوسب (SAP)، يطلب قطع الغيار من المستودع ويحافظ على سجلات جميع أعمال الصيانة المكتملة. يراقب أي تعطل متكرر ويوصي/يكمل التعديل المناسب لحل المشكلة. يحدد ويبلغ عن أي شذوذ. يبدأ الإصلاحات/الاستبدالات/الاختبارات/يجمع المكونات/الأجزاء البالية أو الفاشلة. يبلغ المشرف ويتخذ الإجراء اللازم لإعادة عمل القطع/استبدالها، مع ترك منطقة العمل نظيفة. يؤدي أعمالاً مختلفة تتعلق باللحام والتصنيع. يوجه الميكانيكيين المنضمين حديثاً لتزويدهم بالمعرفة اللازمة بالمصنع والمعدات اللازمة لأداء أعمال الصيانة. يستمر في العمل على تحسين الأداء البيئي والسلامة والصناعة والمعدات من خلال المشاركة في جميع أنشطة BE مثل مخطط الاقتراحات، 5S، تقارير المخاطر، TAMAHAL/PEER، وغيرها. يساعد الأقسام الأخرى في إصلاح الأجهزة وتتبعها. يدخل البيانات إلى أنظمة إدارة الصيانة لأعمال وأعداد الأفراد. ينجز واجبات النهار/المناوبة مع فريق من الفنيين/الحرفيين/المقاولين كما يعينهم المشرف. ينفذ جميع أعمال الصيانة الوقائية، والفحوصات الجارية، وقوائم الفحص يومياً وفقاً لمتطلبات تخطيط الصيانة. يؤدي مهام أخرى ذات صلة كما ينقلها المشرف/الفني.</p></li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">ملف المرشح المرغوب</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li><p>الـمـؤهلات والمهارات:</p><p>أقل المؤهلات: دبلوم في المجال ذي الصلة، إكمال تدريب PEC للحرف. الخبرة الدنيا: 3 سنوات خبرة ذات صلة في صناعة ثقيلة بعد الدبلوم، لا خبرة مطلوبة بعد إكمال تدريب PEC. المهارات: معرفة جيدة بالإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثاً. يجب الإلمام بجميع أدوات الصيانة مع مهارات حاسوبية جيدة. التعرض للتركيب والاستكشاف. يجب أن يكون قادراً على قراءة وفهم الرسومات/الأدلة/التعليمات الهندسية.</p></li></ul><p></p></section>

Job description:<br><br> 1. JOB PURPOSE: To trouble-shoot, repair, re-commission and maintain efficiently field instrumentation for gas turbines, steam turbines, waste heat boilers, and desalination plant and its auxiliaries to ensure efficient operation and reduce equipment availability down time 2. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Day to day operational activities Attends to Power and Desalination plant field instrumentation breakdowns and planned maintenance work with minimum direction and supervision. Technically assesses the requirement of the allocated jobs and selects the necessary tools and equipment to complete such work. Using the computerized maintenance system, orders the spare parts from the warehouse and maintains records of all maintenance work completed. Ensures that all maintenance work is carried out in accordance with the safety procedures and plant operational requirements. Reports repeated breakdowns and assist in RCFA to identify an optimum solution to resolve the problem. Provides on the job training to new craftsmen in order to equip them with the necessary skills to be able to carry out maintenance repair work as planned <br> 3. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS: Minimum Qualifications: Higher secondary or diploma Minimum Experience: Must be familiar with all maintenance tools and should have good knowledge of Plant Safety. The knowledge and experience required in the position is that gained previously experience working in a power or desalination plant and with exposure preferably to any of the maintenance and calibration of the following field instrumentation: Pressure, temperature, level, & flow measuring devices Pneumatic & Hydraulic valve actuation systems CO2 Fire Protection systems Infrared Gas Detection systems Working under time and technical pressure, and knowing that any mistake/error made will substantially cost the power station either on delay, equipment damage, or personnel injury. He can be assigned and work on shift duty. He can be called out any time to attend to breakdown work for the shift operation manager. He has to keep abreast with new technologies and control concepts. Working in very hot, dirty environment, and high level platforms. Skills: Must be able to read and understand engineering drawings and manuals. Must have knowledge / experience in the field of electrical, electronics, computer, hydraulic, and pneumatic devices
