<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>Life Pharmacy is expanding its operations across the Northern Emirates and is looking for <strong>MOH‑licensed Pharmacists</strong> to join our growing retail pharmacy team. You will be responsible for safe, compliant, and patient-centered pharmaceutical care.</p><br><ul><li>Dispense prescription and OTC medications accurately and efficiently.</li><li>Review prescriptions for accuracy, appropriateness, and drug interactions.</li><li>Provide patient counseling on dosage, side effects, and medication adherence.</li><li>Maintain pharmacy documentation, prescription records, and insurance processes.</li><li>Supervise pharmacy support staff and ensure compliance with MOH regulations.</li><li>Ensure proper storage of medication, including cold chain maintenance.</li><li>Actively promote healthcare products and participate in sales promotions.</li><li>Coordinate with local health professionals and insurance companies as needed.</li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (BPharm or PharmD).</p><ul><li><strong>Valid MOH Pharmacist License</strong> (or MOH eligibility letter).</li><li>Excellent communication, customer service, and team collaboration skills.</li><li>Fluency in English required; Arabic is a plus.</li></ul><p></p></section>
<ol><li><p>Maintain accurate stock records for medical devices and healthcare products.</p></li><li><p>Receive and inspect incoming products against purchase orders and supplier documents.</p></li><li><p>Record and monitor product names, quantities, batch/lot numbers, serial numbers, expiry dates, and storage conditions.</p></li><li><p>Arrange stock using the <strong>First-Expiry, First-Out (FEFO)</strong> method.</p></li><li><p>Prepare regular stock, near-expiry, expired, damaged, and slow-moving product reports.</p></li><li><p>Ensure expired, damaged, recalled, or non-compliant devices are properly identified and isolated.</p></li><li><p>Prepare sales invoices, quotations, delivery notes, and related documents.</p></li><li><p>Verify product descriptions, quantities, prices, lot/serial numbers, and customer details before invoicing.</p></li><li><p>Conduct physical stock counts and reconcile them with the inventory system.</p></li><li><p>Maintain temperature logs and required storage and distribution records.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with sales, accounts, warehouse, delivery, and regulatory teams.</p></li><li><p>Maintain product registration and traceability documents.</p></li><li><p>Assist during MOHAP/EDE inspections and ensure regulatory compliance.</p></li><li><p>Report stock shortages, discrepancies, expiry risks, complaints, and product recalls to management.</p></li></ol><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ol><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.</p></li><li><p>Valid UAE MOHAP pharmacist licence or eligibility.</p></li><li><p>Experience in a medical-device store, warehouse, or healthcare distribution company is preferred.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of inventory management, product traceability, expiry control, and invoicing.</p></li><li><p>Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting or inventory-management software.</p></li><li><p>Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy.</p></li><li><p>Good written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage.</p></li></ol>
