The Manager - Technology, Core Banking Transformation will play a key role in delivering Mashreq's Core Banking and Payments Transformation Program across six countries. The role holder will support the implementation of the next-generation Core Banking platform (Oracle FLEXCUBE) and related payment solutions, ensuring alignment between business requirements, technology solutions, operational processes, and delivery timelines.<br>Working closely with stakeholders across Corporate & Investment Banking Group (CIBG), Operations, Technology, Product Teams, Vendors, and the Program Management Office, the incumbent will drive requirements management, solution reviews, testing, migration readiness, risk management, and country rollout activities.<br>The role will contribute to the transformation of Cash Management and Trade Finance products, including Payments, Account Services, Collections, Virtual Account Management, Liquidity Management, and Digital Channels (Corporate Portal, Host-to-Host Connectivity, SWIFT, APIs, and Mobile Applications).<br>This position requires a delivery-focused professional with strong knowledge of core banking, cash management, and transaction banking products, coupled with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure successful program execution. Job Description<br><br>The Regional Internal Controls Manager supports the effective operation and continuous improvement of the financial control environment across their assigned region. The role ensures the consistent application of the Group’s risk and control Matrix (RACM) and provides regional oversight, monitoring, training, and operational support to in‑country finance teams.<br><br>The role works closely with Regional Finance Controllers, BU Controllers and Group Internal Controls to strengthen governance, remediate control gaps, monitor compliance, and support delivery of a high‑quality second line of defence within the region.<br><br>This role does not design Group policies but ensures their rigorous operationalisation at regional level.<br><br>Responsibilities<br><br>Regional Control Environment<br><br>Implementation of Group control policies and processes, ensuring clear communication and adoption at regional level. This role will be responsible for programs valued over $100M to build, launch and operate a constellation of Pelican satellites for Planet and its strategic MENA customers. This is a key strategic role for the Space Business Group and Planet as a whole.<br><br>The Senior Manager will achieve success by coordinating cross-functional teams and resources across the company to ensure that the capabilities delivered by the program meet customer requirements and provide excellent imagery products. Job Purpose The Inspector – Technical Services plays a critical on-site role by conducting property inspections, assessing unit conditions, and ensuring maintenance, safety, and handover standards are consistently met. This role supports smooth move-ins and move-outs, reduces operational risk, and ensures every property reflects Colliers’ commitment to quality, safety, and customer care.<br>Main Responsibilities Property Inspections & Reporting Conduct move-in, move-out, routine, and vacant unit inspections in line with approved standards. Assess unit condition, identify defects, and document findings using approved inspection tools and checklists. Prepare accurate inspection reports, snag lists, and condition assessments within defined timelines. Verify completion and quality of maintenance works prior to unit handover or occupancy.<br>Maintenance Coordination Support Liaise with Technical Services teams and contractors to address identified defects and snags. Follow up on rectification works to ensure timely and satisfactory completion. Support preventive maintenance inspections and asset condition monitoring. Flag recurring issues or risks for escalation to Technical Supervisors or Managers.<br>Compliance, Safety & Standards Ensure properties comply with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Identify health and safety risks and report concerns immediately. Support adherence to AD EHSMS, ADOSH requirements, Colliers HSE policies, and applicable UAE regulations. Maintain professional conduct when accessing occupied or vacant properties.<br>Documentation & System Updates Upload inspection reports, photographs, and findings to approved systems promptly. Maintain accurate records of inspections, defects, and rectification status. Support audit readiness by ensuring documentation is complete and traceable.<br>Customer & Team Interaction Interact professionally with residents, owners, and colleagues during inspections. Explain inspection findings clearly and respectfully when required. Coordinate access arrangements to minimize disruption and ensure efficiency. Support colleagues during peak periods or absences as required.<br>Performance Measures Timeliness and accuracy of inspection reports. Quality and completeness of defect identification. Compliance with safety, quality, and inspection standards. Reduction in post-handover defects and repeat issues. Perform other reasonable duties as assigned to support the overall safety and management of the portfolio.<br>Education, Experience & Skills Diploma or certificate in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related technical field.2 to 4 years of experience in property inspection, maintenance, or facilities-related roles. Good written and verbal English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and observational skills. Ability to assess building finishes, MEP basics, and common maintenance issues. Ability to conduct site inspections independently. Valid UAE driving license. We are hiring a Product Manager – Thermal Generation for a leading engineering consultancy supporting major energy and infrastructure projects across the Middle East. The successful candidate will lead the Thermal Generation business, driving strategy, business development, technical leadership, and multidisciplinary project delivery across conventional and low-carbon thermal power generation projects.<br>Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the regional Thermal Generation business strategy. Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and oversee project delivery from feasibility through commissioning and asset optimization. Provide technical leadership for Gas Turbine, Combined Cycle, Open Cycle, CHP/Cogeneration, Waste-to-Energy, District Energy, Hydrogen, and Carbon Capture (CCUS) projects. Support business development, proposal preparation, and client engagement.
