About Tabby:

Tabby is on a mission to give people power over their money. For too long, financial systems have worked for the institutions that built them, not the people using them. Runaway interest, fine print and limited access have left many behind, feeling shut out of a system that wasn't setting them up for success.
We're building a different kind of system—in a complete money app to send, spend and save. One that's clear, flexible and puts people and businesses in control. Founded in 2019, we serve customers and businesses across Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Kuwait. Millions of customers and 65,000 global brands, government services and small businesses rely on us today.
What began as a better way to pay at checkout has grown into a financial system working the way it should have all along.
About the Role:
Long before wire transfers and SWIFT codes, there was hawala. A merchant in Basra handed money to a broker, and a relative in Cairo collected it days later from a different broker who had never seen the cash. The whole thing ran on trust and a ledger settled later between people who knew each other's names.
Twelve centuries on, the Gulf is still where the world's money crosses borders. The UAE is the second largest remittance market on earth, and for millions of people here, sending money home is the most important financial thing they do all month. But the trust has drained out of it. People check three apps, compare rates, wait for a good day — doing the work the system should be doing for them. Trusting someone with your money should mean not having to check. A fair rate every time, and the flexibility to send on the day it's needed.
Tabby is already in millions of pockets across the UAE, which puts us in an unique position to do something about it. Company Description

Since launching in Kuwait in 2004, talabat, the leading on-demand food and Q-commerce app for everyday deliveries, has been offering convenience and reliability to its customers. talabat's local roots run deep, offering a real understanding of the needs of the communities we serve in eight countries across the region.

We harness innovative technology and knowledge to simplify everyday life for our customers, optimize operations for our restaurants and local shops, and provide our riders with reliable earning opportunities daily. Here at talabat, we are building a high performance culture through engaged workforce and growing talent density. We're all about keeping it real and making a difference. Our 6,000+ strong talabaty are on an awesome mission to spread positive vibes. We are proud to be a multi great place to work award winner.

Job Description

The role

We're building the next generation of consumer products inside talabat through our New Ventures organization. This is a 0→1 product role at the heart of that org: a Product Manager who can take ideas from concept to launch, and from launch to product-market fit, across a portfolio of new business bets.

You'll be a core Product Manager on the New Ventures team, shaping how millions of MENA shoppers experience entirely new categories and business models that don't yet exist on the platform. Each venture behaves differently: different shoppers, different supply, different unit economics, different competitive dynamics. The constants are ambiguity, speed, and a high bar for customer love.

You'll work directly with venture leaders, engineering, design, data, commercial, brand, and CX counterparts dedicated to each bet. Expect to operate across multiple ventures during your time on the team, taking learnings from one and applying them to the next.

Why this role is rare:
Genuine 0→1 mandate inside a profitable, scaled platform. Startup speed without startup risk.
A massive built-in user base to seed each new venture with, removing the cold-start problem most startups face.
Exposure to multiple categories and business models, accelerating your range as a product builder.
A small, founder-mode team where the PM shapes strategy, not just executes someone else's roadmap.
Direct exposure to leadership across talabat and Delivery Hero, with executive visibility from week one.

What's on your plate?

Champion features that solve real shopper needs in whichever new venture you're embedded in: from acquisition and discovery to retention and repeat behavior.

Build for scale: designing products that work across diverse shopper segments and MENA-specific market contexts.

Work within a cross-functional team of Product, Engineering, and Data to build and ship impactful features.

Build strong, trust-based relationships across your squad to accelerate execution and raise the quality of decisions.

Collaborate closely with design and research to uncover unmet shopper needs and identify opportunities.

Partner with commercial, marketing, and brand teams to define and launch go-to-market plans.

Coordinate with other product teams to make sure the new venture is aligned with talabat's end-to-end customer lifecycle.

Lead the discovery process for your squad: owning it end-to-end from problem framing to solution validation.

Immerse yourself in understanding the shopper for whichever venture you're building: who they are, what they value, how they discover and buy, and what stands in their way.

Combine customer interviews, data analysis, and market insights to find and de-risk opportunities.

Rapidly ideate, prototype, and test solutions that move the venture's core metrics.

Carry learnings forward. Apply what worked in one venture to the next, and help the team build a shared playbook for going from 0 to 1.

Define and evolve the product strategy, balancing customer love with business impact.

Prioritise problems and solutions based on customer needs and impact on squad KPIs.

Enhance and scale the core experience through continuous iteration.

Own the roadmap, ensuring alignment with the venture's strategic objectives.

Qualifications

What did we order?

You're an experienced Product Manager with at least 5 years in digital product management.

You have successfully launched products to market, ideally including at least one 0→1 launch (new vertical, new business model, or new marketplace).

AI-fluent in how you build and how you ship. You vibe-code prototypes to pressure-test ideas before engineering picks them up, ship products with AI capabilities built in where it genuinely improves the experience, leverage shared context libraries to move faster, and actively raise the AI literacy of the people around you.

Curious across categories. You can ramp into a new domain quickly: get smart on the shopper, the supply side, the competitive set, and the economics within weeks, not months.

Comfortable thinking about business model and unit economics, not just product. You can sketch the loop that makes a venture work and the levers that move it.

Comfortable operating in ambiguity. The strategy may be set or still emerging; the playbook is always being written. You'll need to form opinions with incomplete data and revise them when evidence demands it.

Resilient at influencing partner teams without authority: engineering platforms you don't own, commercial teams with their own targets, brand HQs with their own approval cycles.

Strong understanding of Agile product management and a solid grasp of how empowered product teams operate.

Demonstrated fantastic verbal and written communication skills. You easily engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and can participate fluently in technical discussions with engineers.

Experienced in defining solutions grounded in research and data. Confident running your own analysis, and reliant on user and stakeholder feedback to set personal objectives.

Strong execution discipline. You keep your team unblocked and your stakeholders informed without becoming the bottleneck. Hands-on with tools like Jira.

Enjoy breaking down complex problems into manageable iterations.

Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, q-commerce, fintech, or a content/discovery-heavy consumer product is a strong plus. Experience taking a venture or product from zero to product-market fit is a very strong plus.
About Ode With Anthropic

How do you turn a decades-old dataset into an industry-leading medical coding agent? Teach an AI receptionist to book appointments in Spanish? Automatically generate working data connectors from API docs? Build agents that write, test, and deploy their own software packages?

Anthropic is defining frontier AI. Ode is the team bringing frontier AI into practice.

We are a team of experienced builders who care deeply about getting complex AI systems into production, with strong conviction about what makes them succeed. As Anthropic’s services venture, we tackle the hardest, most consequential AI problems for companies with real stakes, working closely with their Applied AI and Product teams to turn frontier technology into real world impact.

We're backed by Anthropic, Blackstone, Hellman & Friedman, Goldman Sachs, General Atlantic, Leonard Green & Partners, Apollo Global Management, GIC, and Sequoia Capital.

We're headquartered in SF with offices in NYC, Raleigh-Durham, and Dubai.

The Role

Our customers come to us with ambitious, often fuzzy goals — make content moderation faster, customer service cheaper and better, unlock new integrations, automate the workflows no one else can touch.

Your job is to turn those goals into AI-powered solutions that work in the real world, and to own the journey from first conversation to live system to real business impact.

This Is a Forward-deployed, Full-stack Customer Role

Part engagement manager — you're the primary face of Ode to the client. Part product manager — you decide what we build and why. Part delivery/program manager — you run the execution motion end-to-end. Part “do whatever it takes" operator — you jump into the gaps to keep things moving.

What You’ll Do

Own the customer relationship end-to-end. Act as the customer's day-to-day strategic partner and primary point of contact, building trust across all levels of the organization and being candid about tradeoffs. Shape what we build and why. Translate ambiguous business problems into crisp problem statements, user journeys, and success metrics — and work with customers to define what "success" actually means. Turn messy problems into shipped solutions. Translate ambiguous needs into clear requirements, PRDs, and plans for engineers. Shape workflows, edge cases, and evaluation criteria for AI-powered systems. Drive execution across multiple AI products. Run the day-to-day rhythm — planning, check-ins, risk tracking — and coordinate between customers, engineers, designers, and Ode teammates to keep work unblocked and on time. Help create demand, not just fulfill it. Jump on early, messy conversations where the project is still a vague idea. Help founders and sales tease out real pain, sketch solution approaches live, and spot expansion opportunities. Drive adoption and long-term impact. Work with client teams on rollout, enablement, and change management so the systems you build actually get used. Bring back insights that inform Ode's playbooks and product direction. Bring judgment and clarity. When requirements are fuzzy or customers change course, be the person in the room who can say: here's what we're trying to do, here's what we know, here's the plan.

What You Bring

Customer-facing, high-stakes experience. You've led projects where customers were under pressure, stakeholders weren't aligned, and the path wasn't obvious. You're comfortable pushing back, reframing the problem, and holding the line on quality. We typically look for 6-10 years in product, consulting, or implementations, although we care more about what you've done than the label on your resume. Real product and delivery experience. You've built and shipped products with engineers and designers across multiple cycles. You can run an execution rhythm — stand-ups, planning, tracking, retros — without turning it into process theater. -Structured problem-solving and communication. You ask good questions, structure chaos, and turn ambiguity into a plan — moving from whiteboarding with execs to writing a crisp doc for engineers without losing the plot. Bias for action and ownership. You roll up your sleeves and make things happen, whether that's writing a scrappy SQL query, drafting a support playbook, or jumping into a last-minute exec demo. - Comfort with ambiguity and intensity. You like high-energy environments, messy problems, and "we haven't done this before" projects. You can juggle multiple customers, keep priorities straight, and make good calls with incomplete information. AI curiosity, not AI Dogma. You don't need deep AI expertise on day one — you do need strong reasoning, a desire to learn fast, and a willingness to overuse AI in your own workflow.

How Ode Is Different

A typical PM here ships two to three products per year and learns from dozens more. You have outsized autonomy on each product — but you won't have a year to polish a single system. The upside is constant time on the frontier of models and tooling, and a muscle for AI product development that's hard to build anywhere else.

Many PMs look back at this as the biggest growth period of their career. But it's possible you won't like it — we recommend using the interview process to hear what our team members think.

Our Values

Overdeliver: We are writing the playbook on how to create enterprise value with LLMs, and building our reputation as the world’s best applied AI team.
