<p>We are recruiting experienced Land Surveyors for a leading engineering consultancy delivering major infrastructure projects across Dubai.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals with extensive experience on Dubai Municipality projects, particularly in drainage, sewerage, irrigation, and water infrastructure. Candidates must be confident using modern surveying equipment and have a strong understanding of Dubai's existing utility networks.
Key Responsibilities
• Carry out land and engineering surveys for infrastructure projects.
• Perform surveys for drainage, sewerage, irrigation, water pipeline and related civil works.
• Operate Total Station, GPS and other modern surveying equipment accurately.
• Prepare survey reports, drawings and field measurements.
• Support site engineers and construction teams with accurate setting out.
• Verify site levels, coordinates and alignments.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure survey work meets project specifications.
• Assist in site inspections and supervision of construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality survey standards and project requirements.
• Maintain accurate survey records and documentation.</p><p>To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
• Minimum 7 years of land surveying experience.
• Strong experience on Dubai Municipality infrastructure projects.
• Experience in one or more of the following:
• Drainage networks
• Sewerage systems
• Irrigation networks
• Water infrastructure
• Previous Dubai Municipality Survey Approval or significant Dubai Municipality project experience.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai road network and utility corridors.
Experience using:
• Total Station
• GPS surveying equipment
• Survey software
• AutoCAD
