Terminal Operations</strong></p><ul><li><p>Supervise daily receipt, storage, blending, and dispatch of petroleum products.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate vessel, pipeline, tank truck, and rail loading/unloading operations.</p></li><li><p>Ensure proper line-up of tanks, pumps, pipelines, and manifolds.</p></li><li><p>Monitor tank inventories and product quality to maintain stock integrity.</p></li><li><p>Optimize terminal utilization and operational efficiency.</p></li></ul><p><strong>2. Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE)</strong></p><ul><li><p>Enforce compliance with HSE policies and procedures.</p></li><li><p>Conduct toolbox talks, safety inspections, and risk assessments.</p></li><li><p>Ensure proper implementation of Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate emergency response and firefighting preparedness.</p></li><li><p>Investigate incidents, near misses, and recommend corrective actions.</p></li></ul><p><strong>3.
