ليس دوراً عن بُعد أو عبر الإنترنت فقط.</p><h2>المسؤوليات الرئيسية</h2><h3>1. إدارة الأعمال اليومية للرئيس التنفيذي</h3><p>تنظيم جدول الرئيس التنفيذي اليومي والأسبوعي.</p><p>تحديد الأولويات بناءً على الأهمية وال urgency.</p><p>المتابعة على الاجتماعات والمواعيد والالتزامات اليومية.</p><p>إعداد موجز يومي يتضمن جدول اليوم، المهام الرئيسية، المتابعات، والقرارات المطلوبة.</p><p>إعداد مراجعة موجزة لنهاية اليوم تغطي العناصر المنجزة والمسائل المعلقة.</p><h3>2. المتابعة التنفيذية وإتمام المهام</h3><p>المتابعة للمهام الموكلة للموظفين والموردين والشركات والمصانع أو الأطراف الخارجية.</p><p>ضمان تنفيذ القرارات والتعليمات في الوقت المحدد.</p><p>الحفاظ على نظام تتبع واضح للمهام المفتوحة، الأشخاص المسؤولين، والمواعيد النهائية.</p><p>تنبيه الرئيس التنفيذي بشأن المهام المتأخرة أو الأمور التي تتطلب قراراً.</p><p>ضمان متابعة المسائل المهمة حتى إغلاقها بشكل صحيح.</p><h3>3. الاجتماعات وتدوين الملاحظات</h3><p>ترتيب الاجتماعات، إعداد الأجندة والوثائق المطلوبة، وحضور الاجتماعات عند الحاجة.</p><p>توثيق القرارات الرئيسية وبنود العمل والأشخاص المسؤولين والمواعيد النهائية، ثم المتابعة لتنفيذها.</p><h3>4. السفر التجاري</h3><p>يتطلب الدور مرافقة الرئيس التنفيذي السعودي في رحلاته التجارية حوالي مرة واحدة شهرياً بين الصين والإمارات والسعودية وأستراليا ومصر وبلدان أخرى حسب الحاجة.</p><p>تنظيم حجوزات الرحلات الجوية والفنادق والتنقلات وحجوزات المطاعم.</p><p>إعداد خط سير سفر كامل يشمل الرحلات والاجتماعات وزيارات الشركات أو المصانع والتنقل والاستراحة.</p><p>المتابعة بشأن التأشيرات ووثائق السفر وتأكيدات الحجز وموعد الوصول ووقت المغادرة.</p><p>التنسيق مع الفنادق والسائقين والمطاعم والشركات والمصانع ومنظمي الفعاليات قبل وأثناء الرحلة.</p><p>ضمان سلاسة كل رحلة عمل وأن تكون جميع المواعيد والالتزامات واضحة ومنظمة.</p><p>السفر التجاري جزء أساسي من الدور، مع حوالي رحلة عمل واحدة شهرياً بين الصين والإمارات والسعودية ومصر وبلدان أخرى حسب الحاجة.</p><h3>5. التنسيق مع الشركات والمصانع والموردين</h3><p>التواصل مع الشركات والمصانع المحلية والدولية وفقاً لتعليمات الرئيس التنفيذي.</p><p>ترتيب الاجتماعات والزيارات والمكالمات والمتابعات.</p><p>تتبع عروض الأسعار والعقود والملفات والوثائق والمتطلبات المعلقة.</p><p>إعداد ملخصات مقارنة قصيرة بين الخيارات المتاحة.</p><p>دعم التواصل السلس بين الرئيس التنفيذي والجهات الخارجية لضمان التنفيذ السريع.</p><h3>6. البريد الإلكتروني والاتصال والتوثيق</h3><p>مراقبة رسائل البريد الإلكتروني المهمة والرسائل، وصياغة أو مراجعة رسائل مهنية باللغة العربية والإنجليزية.</p><p>المتابعة على الردود وتنظيم المراسلات والملفات المهمة مع العملاء والموردين والشركات والمصانع والفنادق والمطاعم.</p><h3>7. التقارير والبحوث والإعداد</h3><p>إعداد تقارير قصيرة وواضحة لدعم اتخاذ القرار لدى الرئيس التنفيذي.</p><p>بحث الشركات والموردين والمصانع والفنادق والمطاعم وجهات السفر أو فرص الأعمال حسب الحاجة.</p><p>إعداد العروض وملخصات تنفيذية.</p><p>تنظيم البيانات باستخدام Excel أو Google Sheets.</p><p>إعداد ملفات موجزة قبل الاجتماعات أو الرحلات تحتوي على المعلومات الأساسية المطلوبة.</p><h3>8. أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي والإنتاجية</h3><p>استخدام أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي مثل ChatGPT وClaude وGemini وغيرها من المنصات للبحث والتلخيص وصياغة المقارنات وتنظيم المعلومات.</p><p>كتابة تعليمات واضحة للحصول على مخرجات عملية ومفيدة.</p><p>مراجعة المحتوى الناتج عن الذكاء الاصطناعي والتحقق من دقته قبل استخدامه.</p><p>استخدام أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي لإعداد خطط السفر وتلخيص الاجتماعات وصياغة رسائل البريد الإلكتروني وإعداد التقارير وتحليل الخيارات.</p><p>إنشاء قوالب قابلة لإعادة Job Summary The Testing & Commissioning Supervisor is responsible for planning, supervising, and executing the testing, programming, commissioning, troubleshooting, and handover of ABB KNX Lighting Control Systems. The role requires strong expertise in ETS6 software, ABB KNX products, system integration, field device commissioning, and coordination with project teams, consultants, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.<br>Key Responsibilities Testing & Commissioning Supervise and execute testing and commissioning activities for ABB KNX Lighting Control Systems. Configure, program, and commission KNX devices using ETS6 software. Verify system functionality against approved drawings, specifications, and sequence of operations. Conduct factory acceptance tests (FAT), site acceptance tests (SAT), and final commissioning activities. Perform point-to-point testing of sensors, switches, actuators, dimmers, gateways, and interfaces. Ensure all KNX devices are correctly addressed, programmed, and integrated within the network. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, communication, and networking issues during commissioning. Verify lighting scenes, schedules, occupancy controls, daylight harvesting, and energy management functions. Fine-tune system performance based on client and consultant requirements. ABB KNX System Programming Develop, modify, and maintain ETS6 project databases. Configure ABB KNX products including: ABB KNX Actuators ABB KNX Sensors ABB DALI Gateways ABB Room Controllers ABB Touch Panels ABB Power Supplies ABB IP Routers and Interfaces Backup, document, and maintain all ETS6 project files. Coordinate software revisions and change management during project execution. Site Coordination Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and electrical contractors. Verify site readiness before commissioning activities. Ensure installation complies with ABB and KNX standards. Monitor commissioning schedules and report progress to project management. Attend site coordination meetings and technical discussions with clients and consultants. Documentation & Handover Prepare commissioning reports, test sheets, snag lists, and handover documentation. Update as-built drawings and commissioning records. Conduct client demonstrations and operator training. Support preparation of O&M manuals and project closeout documentation. Ensure all commissioning records are properly maintained and archived. Quality, Safety & Compliance Ensure compliance with project specifications, KNX standards, ABB guidelines, and company procedures. Maintain adherence to HSE requirements during commissioning activities. Identify risks and implement corrective actions to achieve smooth project delivery. Support quality inspections and consultant approvals. Technical Skills & Competencies Expert knowledge of ETS6 Programming Software. Strong understanding of KNX Protocol and Topology. Hands-on experience with ABB KNX Lighting Control Products. Ability to troubleshoot KNX communication and integration issues. Understanding of DALI, BACnet, Modbus, and IP-based integrations. Knowledge of lighting control sequences, occupancy control, dimming control, and energy-saving strategies. Ability to read electrical drawings, schematics, and network diagrams. Familiarity with BMS integration and third-party interfaces. Education & Experience Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Automation, or related field. Minimum 5-8 years experience in Lighting Control System commissioning. Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with ABB KNX Systems and ETS6 Programming. KNX Partner Certification preferred. ABB Certified Training on KNX products preferred. UAE/GCC project experience is an advantage.

Clear punch list items as necessary after checking at site. Regularly contact discipline engineers and supervisors for solving problems related to project execution work safely. Regularly communication with Sub-contractor execution team. Liaise & Coordinate with commissioning engineers and provide them support and guidelines for technical commissioning related issues. Business units within the implementation scope include:• Xplatform Lifting• Xplatform Factory• Xplatform Heavy Industrial• Xup Rope Access• ebollard Key responsibilities:• Lead the full Odoo ERP implementation across Xplatform Group.• Conduct workshops with management and department heads to understand current processes and define future ERP workflows.• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, system configurations, approval rules, reports, and technical solutions.• Configure Odoo applications covering CRM, Sales, Accounting, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Rental, Projects, Field Service, Maintenance, HR, Payroll, Quality, Documents, Approvals, and related modules.• Design and manage multi-company and intercompany workflows for UAE and KSA entities.• Configure charts of accounts, journals, taxes, analytic accounts, cost centres, project costing, budgets, and management reports in coordination with Finance.• Develop, test, document, and maintain custom Odoo modules where approved and technically necessary.• Use standard Odoo functionality and Odoo Studio whenever practical before recommending custom development.• Develop integrations with external systems through APIs.• Configure user roles, access rights, record rules, approval limits, and audit controls.• Prepare and execute data migration for customers, suppliers, products, employees, opening balances, stock, assets, active projects, and other required records.• Create reports, dashboards, document templates, automated actions, scheduled activities, and management notifications.• Establish development, testing, user-acceptance, and production deployment procedures.• Ensure that no untested configuration or code is introduced directly into the live system.• Prepare test scenarios and coordinate user acceptance testing with all departments.• Train key users and end users and prepare clear user manuals and process documentation.• Support go-live, resolve implementation issues, and provide ongoing user and technical support.• Maintain proper source-code control, technical documentation, configuration records, and change history.• Evaluate requested ERP changes and explain their possible impact on Finance, Operations, Procurement, Inventory, HR, reporting, and other workflows before implementation.• Support ISO 9001-related processes, including controlled documents, approvals, inspections, non-conformance reports, corrective actions, supplier evaluations, and customer complaints.• Support UAE VAT and KSA VAT/ZATCA-related configurations in coordination with Finance and external advisors.
