<h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> Job Purpose Conduct flight instruction and examination in accordance with GCAA CAR FCL Rev.5. <h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE To assist in identification and mitigation of underlying hazards and risks through the collection, processing, analysis and archival of aircraft operational data. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES <ul><li>Monitors flight data to identify instances where flight operations are not in accordance with all applicable flydubai requirements, standards and procedures.</li><li>Ensures the effective operation of the Flight Data Monitoring (FDM) system by coordinating with relevant stakeholders to resolve system issues.</li><li>Generates timely FDM trend analysis reports and co-authors the FDM safety newsletters to support safety awareness and operational improvement.</li><li>Analyses flight data to identify, filter, and distribute any gaps or issues, and shares relevant findings with stakeholders for review and resolution.</li><li>Recommends processes or policy improvements to optimise FDM reporting and analytics.</li><li>Coordinates with internal and external parties to ensure that the FDM are resolved efficiently and works with them to develop and rollout any updates.</li><li>Participates in flight replay and brief for flight crew on FDM related events and provides guidance and recommendations on any issues discovered.</li><li>Supports safety investigations by providing any relevant Flight data summaries, highlighting key events, trends, and parameters for review.</li><li>Collates safety performance data and prepares a draft for review at Safet Review Board (SRB) and Safety Action Group (SAG) meetings.</li><li>Acts as the system administrator for assigned safety applications including but not limited to the FDM and Safety Management System (SMS) , ensuring user access, system records, and data are maintained.</li></ul> QUALIFICATIONS <ul><li>Bachelor's Degree (3+ years)</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in an aviation-related discipline</li><li>Fluent in English (other languages an advantage)</li><li>Flight Data Monitoring experience.</li><li>Knowledge of GE FDM system.</li><li>Years with qualifications: 5 - 7 years, Years without qualifications (if applicable): 7 - 9 years</li></ul> COMPETENCIES <ul><li>Customer Focus</li><li>Teamwork</li><li>Effective Communication</li><li>Personal Accountability & Commitment to achieve</li><li>Resilience & Flexibility (Can do attitude)</li></ul> ISR REQUIREMENTS Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Support documentation requirements, including aircraft servicing records, shift logs, and inspection checklists. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the flight line and work areas. Support training and qualification requirements to maintain mission readiness and compliance with certification standards. Perform duties in austere conditions, including extreme weather, while maintaining safety and operational discipline. The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for ensuring that all assigned guest rooms, corridors, and service areas are cleaned and maintained according to the hotel's standards. The role requires delivering exceptional cleanliness, maintaining guest comfort, and providing prompt and courteous service to create an outstanding guest experience. The responsibilities below are aligned with current hospitality housekeeping practices and similar hotel housekeeping roles.
