The role focuses on manpower control, installation quality, productivity, tools, materials, access, safety coordination, work-front readiness, containment installation, cable pulling, equipment connections, earthing, labeling, snag closure, and support for inspection readiness. This is a site execution role. <h2 class="h5">وصف الوظيفة</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> حول الوظيفة: مدير QA QC EXECUTIVE <p><strong>المسمى الوظيفي:</strong> مديري/مساعدو QA/QC</p><br> <p><strong>الصناعة:</strong> البناء / مطور عقاري</p><br> <p><strong>المدة:</strong> عام واحد</p><br> <p><strong>الخبرة المطلوبة:</strong> من 1 إلى 2 سنوات خبرة ذات صلة في QA/QC ضمن قطاع البناء والمقاولات أو التطوير العقاري</p><br> <p><strong>الجنسية:</strong> مفتوحة (أي جنسية)</p><br> <p><strong>عملية المقابلة:</strong> وجهاً لوجه وعبر الإنترنت للمتقدمين من خارج البلد عند الحاجة</p><br> <p><strong>المسؤوليات الأساسية:</strong></p><br> <ul> <li>إجراء فحوصات الجودة لأنشطة البناء والمواد والعمل للتأكد من الامتثال للمواصفات وبدقة الجودة.</li> <li>مراقبة والتحقق من تنفيذ جميع الأعمال وفق الرسومات المعتمدة والإجراءات واللوائح ذات الصلة.</li> <li>تحديد وتوثيق والإبلاغ عن عدم المطابقة ومشاكل الجودة والمتابعة لإجراءات التصحيح.</li> <li>التنسيق مع مهندسي الموقع والمستشارين والمتعاقدين وفرق المشروع لضمان تلبية متطلبات الجودة.</li> <li>الحفاظ على سجلات QA/QC وتقارير التفتيش والقوائم والتوثيق المرتبط.</li> <li>المشاركة في الاختبار النهائي، وفحص التسليم والتدقيقات الجودة عند الاقتضاء.</li> <li>ضمان الامتثال لنظم إدارة الجودة في الشركة ومتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.</li> <li>دعم الإكمال في الوقت المحدد للمشاريع مع الحفاظ على معايير الجودة المطلوبة.</li> </ul> <p><strong>المؤهلات المفضلة:</strong></p><br> <ul> <li>دبلوم أو درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو إدارة البناء أو مجال ذي صلة.</li> <li>إلمام بإجراءات QA/QC وعمليات التفتيش ومعايير جودة البناء.</li> <li>مهارات اتصال وتبليغ جيدة.</li> <li>إتقان MS Office وعمليات توثيق الجودة.</li> </ul> <p><strong>التوافر:</strong> الأفضلية للمشتركين فوريًا.</p><br> <br> <br></div>

Your day-to-day will involve:Meet with clients to understand their needs and preferences Stay up to date with market trends to provide accurate, data-driven advice Match clients with suitable properties and provide them with all the data to best meet their needs.
