Job Role The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for a diversified Shipping, Logistics, Supply Chain, Freight, and Warehousing business. The role is responsible for driving sustainable growth, profitability, operational excellence, business expansion, and organizational transformation while ensuring the achievement of short- and long-term strategic objectives.<br>The CEO will oversee all aspects of the business, including commercial operations, supply chain management, logistics, freight forwarding, warehousing, financial performance, customer experience, people leadership, and business development. Implement policies and controls to safeguard company assets and reputation.<br>Candidate Profile Education Master's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Maritime Studies, Operations Management, or a related discipline. Executive leadership certifications and professional memberships are advantageous.<br>Experience Minimum 20+ years of progressive experience within Shipping, Logistics, Supply Chain, Freight Forwarding, Transportation, Port Operations, or related sectors. Minimum 5-10 years in a CEO, Managing Director, General Manager, Business Unit Head, or equivalent executive leadership role. Demonstrated success in scaling businesses, driving profitability, and leading organizational transformation. Experience managing large-scale, multi-site, or multi-country operations is highly desirable. SUMMARY OF THE ROLE<br>As Accounts Executive, you will support the Finance function by providing backup coverage for Accounts Payable activities, including invoice processing, reconciliations, and payments, while contributing to month-end reporting and compliance requirements. The role also supports finance process automation, reporting, and data analysis using digital and AI tools to improve efficiency, strengthen controls, and enhance decision-making. They handle a variety of administrative and office support activities to ensure efficient operations for assigned brands within the organization. This role encompasses managing inbound and outbound logistics processes, collaborating with teams and external stakeholders, and supporting inventory control and payment processing.<br><br>What You Will Do:<br><br>Inbound Activities<br><br>Perform all inbound activities in SAP - Material Management, including vendor creation, MC creation, and brand creation in coordination with EIT Finance and Brand. Coordinate with warehouse, vendors, insurance, 3PL clearing agent, and brand team for end-to-end supply chain activities and documentation from shipment handover to stock receipt at the warehouse. Process bank guarantees, LCs, and DPs monthly in coordination with brand managers and order study approvals. Coordinate with suppliers, banks, clearing agents, etc., to clear consigned shipments to the bank and complete payment clearance with LIV. Provide all documentation to SSF / Finance for clearing advance payments against bank guarantees. Follow up with vendors to update the monthly import plan and manage import reports for finance.<br><br>Outbound Activities<br><br>Process all sales orders in SAP based on stock allocation and prepare proforma invoices. Provide missing pricing data to be updated by the brand. Process deliveries in SAP for picking, packing, and invoicing. This is a high-earning, incentive-driven field sales role ideal for candidates who enjoy meeting clients face-to-face and closing business.<br>Key Responsibilities• Generate new business leads for bookkeeping packages, VAT registration & return filing, corporate tax registration & filing, and related compliance services.• Conduct approved B2B (business-to-business) cold calls and follow-ups to build a strong sales pipeline.• Schedule and personally visit prospective client offices across the UAE to present our services.• Understand client business needs and recommend the right bookkeeping/VAT/tax package.• Negotiate commercial terms and close sales to achieve/exceed monthly and quarterly targets.• Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, and deals in the CRM/reporting system.• Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals.• Coordinate with the accounting/tax delivery team for smooth client onboarding after deal closure.• Stay updated on UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and FTA compliance requirements to speak confidently with clients (Inhouse training will be provided).• Represent the company professionally during client meetings, exhibitions, and networking events. Candidate Requirements• Proven experience in field sales / B2B sales; experience selling accounting, bookkeeping, VAT, tax, or business consultancy services is required.• Minimum 2 years of UAE sales experience in the same field (accounting/bookkeeping/VAT/tax) is an added advantage.• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.• Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented with the ability to work independently in the field.• Valid UAE driving license preferred (own vehicle is an advantage).• Good understanding of UAE market and local business culture.• Bachelor's degree preferred; freshers with strong sales aptitude and relevant industry exposure may also be considered.• Multilingual candidates (English/Arabic/Hindi/Urdu) are an advantage.<br>What We Offer• Fixed monthly salary paid via WPS (Wage Protection System), fully compliant with UAE labour law.
