Manage all payroll functions and accounting processes to ensure payroll administration on time and as per policies including preparation of employees' compensation by the end of each month and monitoring of employees' timesheets and leaves. Prepare cash flow forecasts, monthly management reports, managerial financial reports, financial analyses, and budgets on a periodical basis as required by stakeholders. Prepare reports according to the project financial documentation to ensure accurate project finance. Prepare the required documents for distribution process to all project stakeholders. Monitor the debt re-payments to each lenders, including interests and hedge in line with agreements. Act as the focal point for tax authorities and prepare and file tax reporting and payment as per applicable laws, informing decision-makers of tax consequences of various business decisions. Continuously improve platform scalability, resilience, availability, and operational efficiency.<br><br>Enable Modern Software Delivery<br><br>Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting automated build, testing, security validation, and deployment. Implement Git Ops-based deployment workflows using tools such as Argo CD. Support progressive deployment strategies including blue/green, canary, and automated rollback. Improve software delivery through automation and standardized engineering workflows.<br><br>Drive Reliability and Observability<br><br>Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, alerting, and tracing across the platform. Define operational standards, service reliability objectives, and performance metrics. Participate in troubleshooting, incident response, and root cause analysis to continuously improve platform reliability.<br><br>Build Security into the Platform<br><br>Implement platform security best practices across infrastructure and deployment pipelines. Manage identity, authentication, authorization, secrets, and access management. Integrate security controls into the SDLC through automated policy enforcement, vulnerability scanning, and infrastructure hardening.<br><br>Collaborate Across Engineering<br><br>Work closely with software engineers, architects, QA, and cloud specialists to improve engineering productivity. Provide internal tooling and self-service capabilities that simplify application deployment and operations. Support architecture discussions to ensure platform capabilities align with product and application requirements. Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices across the organization.<br><br>Requirements<br><br>Strong experience designing and operating cloud-native infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container technologies such as Docker. Experience building and maintaining production CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Git Lab CI, Git Hub Actions, Jenkins, Tekton, or similar. Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Cloud Formation, or equivalent. Strong scripting skills using Python, Bash, or similar languages. Experience with Git and modern software development workflows. Knowledge of monitoring and observability platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or similar. Strong understanding of infrastructure, networking, storage, and cloud architecture. Experience implementing infrastructure and platform security best practices. Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.<br><br>Nice to Have<br><br>Git Ops technologies such as Argo CD.
