Job Purpose<br><br>Contribute in managing the ADNOC Distribution Market Research activities by collecting and analysing data from various internal and external sources; generate macro and micro economic environmental reports, maintain external data and information database relevant to ADNOC Distribution business and Oil and Gas industry etc. to support the strategic and business development initiatives and informed decision making.<br><br>Key Accountabilities<br><br> Supplies the market and competitive intelligence component of strategic planning and proactively makes recommendations to management concerning key intelligence items that require further consideration. Develops and maintains relationships with key internal customers to identify emerging needs and business challenges.<br><br>Research and Analysis<br><br> Manage data from multiple syndicated research services to provide insight, uncover opportunities, and support business teams in defining actions Perform in-depth, statistical data analysis for primary market research data and identify key insights to support business growth Lead internal customers to explore and analyze market trends and competitor activities to enhance ADNOC Distribution market positioning, reach etc. Ensure accurate development and timely reporting of key periodic reports Perform economic research with regards to competitive environment, market analysis and provide input in the preparation of annual and quarterly reports and other publications. Organizes data into report format and arranges for preparation of graphic illustrations of research findings to ensure that the report highlights key issues and is easy to read. Identify and capture data sources for the database (including external sources, third party providers and internal data) to ensure that the data sources identified and captured are diversified and comprehensive. Implement methods and procedures for collecting and processing data, utilizing knowledge of available sources of data and various econometric and sampling techniques to ensure that the integrity of data is maintained, and the insights generated are relevant. Support SAP PP/SD implementation and application support in the areas of inbound, outbound, warehouse management, production, and sales. Support tickets, process improvements, and implementation requests for SAP PP/SD modules across subsidiaries in the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region, with a good understanding of partner integrations. Analyze business requirements by conducting information-gathering sessions with users, documenting functional and technical requirements, and mapping business processes to SAP solutions. Perform unit testing and integration testing based on PP/SD module requirements and business needs. Support subsidiaries across the MEA region during month-end and year-end SAP closing activities. Support process improvements, SAP implementations, and user training sessions, both onsite and offsite. Provide audit support to users and assist with partner integration activities. Provide help desk support by resolving SAP PP (Production Planning) and SD (Sales & Distribution) issues, analyzing proposed improvements, and implementing appropriate changes. Handle logistics closing requests by analyzing issues and providing effective solutions for support tickets.<br>Job Requirements:Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university.4–6 years of hands-on experience as an SAP PP/SD Consultant. Strong expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Sales Distribution (SD) modules. Good understanding of the complete Production Planning and Sales Distribution lifecycle. Experience supporting inbound, outbound, warehouse management, production, and sales processes. Experience supporting SAP implementations, enhancements, user requests, and issue resolution. Knowledge of SAP MM (Materials Management), LE (Logistics Execution), and EDI integrations is an advantage. Experience preparing user manuals, demonstrations, and delivering user training. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills with fluency in English.
