Overview<br><br>The Director of AI Security leads a high-performing regional practice, with full accountability for strategy, service delivery, commercial performance, and capability development. The role builds on an established and operational practice, with a clear mandate to scale it into a market-leading, profitable, and differentiated offering aligned to the region’s rapidly evolving AI technology and regulation landscape.<br><br>This role combines strategic leadership, deep technical credibility, and strong commercial execution to expand the practice’s footprint across government and enterprise sectors, while strengthening CPX’s position as a trusted advisor in AI governance and responsible AI adoption, as well as in the adoption of AI to strengthen and accelerate CPX Cybersecurity capabilities.<br><br>Responsibilities<br><br>Practice Leadership & Strategy: -<br><br> Full ownership of a multi-disciplinary practice covering: AI governance and responsible AI Regulatory compliance across AI and data domains Implementation and operation of technical measures to secure AI, in collaboration with other Cyber Defense sub business Units. Collaborating with the commercial team and peer practice leads across Cyber Defense to deliver integrated propositions and coordinated go-to-market execution for both Securing AI and embedding AI in security across all CPX offerings and services. Regulatory scope includes UAE PDPL, DIFC and ADGM frameworks, UAE Cybersecurity Council and NESA/SIA standards, UAE AI Strategy and Charter, as well as GCC frameworks (e.g., KSA PDPL/SDAIA) and global regulations (e.g., GDPR, EU AI Act).<br><br>Business & P&L Leadership: -<br><br> Own the AI Security practice P&L, including revenue growth, margins, utilization, pricing, and cost management. Position Summary<br><br>A lab instructor is sought to support students and faculty of the Computer Information Science division. The candidate will lead lab sessions and provide hands-on instruction in all areas of cybersecurity and mentor students through assignments or projects. The candidate will foster a positive and collaborative learning environment that ignites a passion for learning with students.<br><br>In support of Emiratization, HCT may exercise flexibility with the experience or education requirement in order to recruit UAE National candidates who show potential for success in the role.<br><br>Required Experience<br><br>Preference is given to candidates with at least 3 years of industry experience in a cybersecurity company / setting, with a solid understanding of security protocols, cyber threats, and defense mechanisms. The role focuses on complex issue resolution, root cause analysis, system administration, and ensuring high availability of IT services in line with SLAs.<br>Key Responsibilities Provide advanced (L3) technical support for escalated hardware, software, and network issues Perform in-depth troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring and critical incidents Manage and administer Active Directory (user management, group policies, access control) Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Office 365 and related services (Exchange Online, Teams, Share Point) Handle incident, problem, and change management as per ITIL practices Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and uptime Work on patching, system upgrades, and configuration management Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and security teams for issue resolution Maintain and improve documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base Support on-call rotations and critical incident management<br>Required Skills & Qualifications6 years of minimum experience in IT Support / Infrastructure Support Strong troubleshooting expertise in Windows environments, hardware, and enterprise applications Hands-on experience with Active Directory (GPOs, user access, security policies) Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 administration and support Experience with ticketing tools (Service Now, Jira, Zendesk, etc.) Solid understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN) Experience in incident management, problem management, and RCAAbility to handle high-priority incidents and escalations Good communication and stakeholder handling skills<br>Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills ITIL Foundation certification Experience with Azure / Microsoft 365 Admin Center Exposure to endpoint management tools (Intune, SCCM) Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards Experience in enterprise or managed services environments
