Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline</strong>.</p></li><li><p><strong>3–8 years of experience</strong> in structural steel fabrication, workshop engineering, fabrication production, or steel manufacturing.</p></li><li><p>Strong hands-on experience in <strong>steel fabrication and workshop operations</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Experience with <strong>structural steel, PEB, heavy steel, miscellaneous steel, architectural metalwork, or similar fabrication projects</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Strong ability to read and interpret <strong>IFC, shop, fabrication, erection,
