The ideal candidate must have strong experience in civil infrastructure and bridge maintenance projects within the UAE and be capable of coordinating effectively with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams. Key Responsibilities QA/QC Responsibilities 1) Implement and maintain the Project Quality Management System (QMS). 2) Ensure all site activities comply with approved method statements, specifications, drawings, and quality standards. 3) Conduct inspections and quality checks for bridge maintenance and rehabilitation works. 4) Prepare and maintain Inspection Requests (IRs), Material Inspection Requests (MIRs), checklists, and quality records. 5) Coordinate with consultants and Al Ain Municipality representatives for inspections and approvals. 6) Monitor non-conformance reports (NCRs) and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented. 7) Review subcontractor quality documentation and ensure compliance with project requirements. 8) Ensure all testing activities are carried out as per approved standards and procedures.
