Experience managing complex, multi-discipline industrial automation bids. Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining proposal quality. Excellent commercial awareness and attention to detail. Self-driven, organized, and capable of coordinating with multiple stakeholders. Willingness to travel for customer meetings, bid clarification sessions, and project kick-off activities when required.
