Take reasonable care for the health and safety of persons that may be affected by the employee’s acts or omissions at the workplace. </li><li>Assist with the preparation of risk assessments. </li><li>Attend applicable departmental safety training and follow OSHMS policies and procedures. </li><li>Take reasonable care of their own health and safety. </li><li>Cooperate with their employer with respect to any action taken by the employer to comply with OSHMS requirements. </li><li>Identify, label and maintain hazardous materials, MSDS and its current inventory. </li><li>Proper collection, Storage and disposal of needle, sharps and hazardous materials as per NMCSH Waste management policy </li><li>Ensure the safe use of all laboratory equipment such as BSC, Microtome, Stainer, autoclave, centrifuge as per manufacturer instruction. </li><li>Must be familiar with the concept of hazard and biohazardous materials, safe handling of biohazardous materials present in the working section. </li><li>Must be familiar with ergonomic, sharps and biological hazards in work area and how to handle them. </li><li>Should be familiar with MSDS to determine health hazards, and routes of exposures for chemicals. </li><li>Know the CODE Brown policy and other applicable laboratory policies and procedures.</li></ul></div></section><section>Desired Candidate ProfileQualification BSC/Diploma in laboratory sciences or equivalent Experience 2 Years of experience in laboratory field Knowledge / Technical Skills Computer Windows and LIS knowledge required Quality Assurance skills required</section>

The Partnership Consultant is responsible for Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies through our channel partners Responsibilities • Generates revenue by managing Incoming sales inquiries from different channel partners. • Trains and develops business set up firms/ new consultants to maximize number of sales in the market. • Regularly visiting new and existing channel partners and updating the brief of the meeting on CRM (ZOHO). Also addressing their challenges and resolve them. • A minimum number of 35 meetings with channel partners are must per month, meetings should be added in ZOHO with proof (photos) • Educates channel partners with information related to company set-up formation, suitable business activities, eligibilities, free zones rules, terms and conditions or any new changes. • Regular communication with Channel Partners to make sure that the relationship with the Free zone is good. • Attends events and business networks to maximize number of channel partners. • Achieves Monthly sales targets. • Masters the product information and competitive packages • Always maintaining a positive attitude and ensuring that every customer is handled with respect and professionalism. • Provides monthly report on the number of sales • Coordinates between Compliance team and Operations Team to facilitate clients’ requirements. • Analyzes market competition by conducting regular mystery shopping with free zones/competitors. • Actively involved in delivering excellent sales/customer service to the consultants daily. • Maintains high conversion rates. • Assists consultants from initial inquiry, requirements to incorporate the company and visa related fees • Provides straight forward, transparent, and accurate information related to the requirements of the client. • Prepares reports as required and/or requested by the line manager.• Bachelor’s degree • 2-4 years of experience in similar role • Demonstrated ability to convert prospects, close deals, and achieve sales quotas. • Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques. • Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills. • Strong communication skill (verbal and writing). • Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
