<p>To establish planning and project controls across building construction projects by implementing robust scheduling frameworks, monitoring performance, and ensuring timely, cost-effective project delivery. The role provides strategic direction, ensures alignment with contractual requirements, and enables informed decision-making through accurate forecasting, reporting, and risk analysis.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p><strong>1. Project Planning & Scheduling</strong></p><ul><li><p>Prepare detailed project schedules using tools such as Primavera & CCS Candy</p></li><li><p>Develop baseline programs in line with contract requirements</p></li><li><p>Define work breakdown structure (WBS) and project milestones</p></li><li><p>Establish project timelines, resource plans, and sequencing of activities</p></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>2. Progress Monitoring & Reporting</strong></p><ul><li><p>Implement project control systems to track progress, productivity, and performance</p></li><li><p>Monitor actual progress against planned schedules and identify variances</p></li><li><p>Lead schedule updates, critical path analysis, and performance measurement</p></li><li><p>Provide early warning signals and recommend corrective actions</p></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>3. <ul><li><p>Conduct inspections of lifting equipment and lifting accessories</p></li><li><p>Inspect cranes, hoists, slings, shackles, hooks and other lifting accessories</p></li><li><p>Conduct inspections of earth-moving machinery, including excavators, loaders, backhoe loaders, bulldozers, graders, rollers and dumpers</p></li><li><p>Perform visual, functional and operational inspections according to approved procedures</p></li><li><p>Verify equipment identification, documents, safe working load, safety devices and general condition</p></li><li><p>Identify defects, unsafe conditions and non-conformities</p></li><li><p>Prepare clear and accurate inspection reports and certificates</p></li><li><p>Maintain proper inspection records, photographs and supporting evidence</p></li><li><p>Ensure inspection tools and measuring equipment have valid calibration</p></li><li><p>Follow company procedures, applicable standards and client safety requirements</p></li><li><p>Maintain impartiality, confidentiality and professional conduct</p></li><li><p>Report immediately any equipment presenting a serious safety risk</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with clients, site representatives and the Technical Manager</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering – mandatory</p></li><li><p>Minimum 2 years of relevant inspection experience</p></li><li><p>Practical experience in inspecting lifting equipment and lifting accessories</p></li><li><p>Practical experience in inspecting earth-moving machinery</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of applicable inspection standards, safety requirements and manufacturer instructions</p></li><li><p>Ability to identify defects and prepare accurate inspection reports</p></li><li><p>LEEA qualification will be an advantage</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17020 requirements will be an advantage</p></li><li><p>Good English communication and technical report-writing skills</p></li><li><p>Able to work independently at different client sites</p></li><li><p>Immediate joiners will be preferred</p></li></ul>
