<p>JOB PURPOSE
The Architectural Draftsman will prepare and update architectural drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation for the Ghuwaifat Project using CAD software. The role supports engineers in translating design details into construction-ready drawings.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare and update architectural drawings, shop drawings, and details using CAD software.
• Assist the Technical Engineer (Architectural) in translating design intent into construction-ready drawings.
• Prepare and maintain accurate as-built documentation for architectural works.
• Update drawings to reflect design revisions, RFI responses, and approved variations.
• Coordinate drawing formats and standards with the design and site teams.
• Maintain an organised drawing register and ensure the latest revisions are issued for use.
• Support the preparation of drawings for material submittals and shop drawing approvals.
• Assist in coordinating architectural drawings with civil, structural, and MEP disciplines to avoid clashes.
• Print, plot, and distribute drawings to site and project teams as required.
• Support handover documentation by compiling final as-built drawing sets.</p><p>QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Diploma in Architectural/Civil Drafting or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience as a draftsman on construction projects.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; familiarity with Revit is an advantage.
• Experience preparing shop drawings and as-built documentation.
• UAE project experience is preferred.

A newly established Dubai-based trading company specializing in high-quality decorative, finishing, and building-material products for commercial and residential projects.
Job Description:
§ Generate new B2B leads, build client relationships, and close sales deals.
§ Promote and present company products to corporate clients and decision-makers.
§ Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and achieve monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with management to ensure smooth order processing and client satisfaction</p><p>Qualifications:
§ Open to Male Indian nationals only, 40 years old and below.
§ At least 2 years UAE experience in building materials industry.
§ Bachelor’s or Diploma in Business or related field
§ Must have valid UAE driving license and own car</p>
