Company Description<br><p><strong>Archirodon, having earned its reputation as a reliable and respected international contractor for more than a half century in the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) market, continues to create value to its stakeholders by executing complex EPC projects worldwide, in recognition of its superior standards of performance. </strong></p><br><p><em>We have an outstanding record in completing major Energy, Marine, Infrastructure and Defense & Security projects around the globe and we pride ourselves on delivering over the years the kind of reliability and trust that the client has the right to expect from a major EPC contractor.</em></p><br><br>Job Description<br><p>Archirodon, having earned its reputation as a reliable and respected international contractor for more than a half century in the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) market, continues to create value to its stakeholders by executing complex EPC projects worldwide, in recognition of its superior standards of performance. </p><br><p>We are constantly growing and are currently looking for a full of potential and reliable E&I Technical Office Engineerto join our top qualified and knowledgeable team in one of our projects in UAE.</p><br><p><strong>Roles Responsibilities:</strong></p><br><ul><li>Prepare/Review Method Statements, Material Approval Request (MAR)/MR for various E&I activities.</li><li>Coordinating with the Engineering team to highlight and address engineering concerns in a timely manner, based on site requirements.</li><li>Preparing E&I work packages for construction activities & coordinating closely with construction team to ensure smooth execution at site.</li><li>Conducting site surveys with vendors and providing required technical data to the Engineering team in alignment with Client requirements for E&I activities.</li><li>Preparing and Reviewing Sub-Contractors RFQ statement for E&I work activities.</li><li>Floating technical queries with procurement department and with vendors.</li><li>Well familiar with calibration activities prior or after installation devices at site for instrumentation.</li><li>Developing E&I tie-in schedules for shutdown periods, ensuring all related drawings, documents, and materials are arranged to meet project deadlines.</li><li>Preparing redline mark-up drawings reflecting site modifications and actual installation conditions.</li><li>Monitoring & reporting daily progress reports.</li><li>Preparing E&I work packages for construction activities & coordinating closely with construction team to ensure smooth execution at site.</li><li>Highlight to procurement department if any materials received are deviating with the approved MAR/MR or as per AVL.</li><li>Verify 3D model / MTO and raise the deviation points to engineering team and accordingly issue the purchase request.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><br><ul><li>Bachelor/Diploma in Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering</li><li>Minimum 5 years relevant experience</li><li>Extensive experience in vendor drawing reviews, client and contractor/sub-contractor interactions, and providing technical support to procurement and construction teams.</li><li>Hands-on experience in calibration, fault diagnosis, and troubleshooting activities during construction and commissioning phases.</li><li>Experienced in witnessing and verifying E&I activities with vendors and manufacturers to ensure system integrity and project compliance.</li><li>Strong coordination skills with various engineering disciplines including Civil, Mechanical, and Piping during project execution.</li><li>Well familiar with HSE and QA/QC procedures, ensuring all activities align with safety and quality standards.</li></ul><br>Additional Information<br><p>Depending on the nature of the position and its associated compliance risk level, a background check on your profile may be carried out.</p><br><br><br> </div>

Build on something that matters!</p><br><p><strong>What you will need to do:</strong></p><br><ul><li>Drafts project-specific Project Controls Procedures as per contract requirements.</li><li>Participates in preparing Project internal and external reports in the required format.</li><li>Initiates, coordinates and maintains Project List(s) of Deliverables including those for project procedures and plans, engineering, procurement, material submittals, method statements etc.</li><li>Puts together procurement packages including quantities take-off, contract specifications and technical requirements, delivery schedule etc.</li><li>Initiates and maintains Procurement Status Register.</li><li>Prepares and maintains Subcontractors Register.</li><li>Assists in drafting subcontract agreements and negotiating subcontract prices.</li><li>Assists in subcontracts administration and related correspondences, measurements, payment certification, closing final account etc.</li><li>Coordinates and maintains Engineering Deliverables Status Register.</li><li>Prepares a List of Project Materials along with the required quantities and maintains a continuous project materials reconciliation.</li><li>Ensures that project records and diaries are maintained including photos, list of daily activities, climate conditions, utilized & idle resources, productivities, important events, verbal site instructions, etc.</li><li>Monitors the Contract Scope of Work and any Variations thereto.</li><li>Prepares and maintains Variations and Claims Registers.</li><li>Collects, maintains and groups contemporary records necessary for assessment and substantiation of Variations and Claims.</li><li>Prepares Variation and Claim submissions.</li><li>Collaborates with quantity surveyors in preparing and submitting monthly payment requests.</li><li>Assists in preparing budget and current estimates and monitor any variances.</li><li>Participates in establishing project cost centers and allocates costs accordingly.</li></ul><br>Qualifications<br><ul><li>University degree in Engineering.</li><li>5 years relevant experience in construction industry at similar level.</li><li>Experience in EPC Projects with ADNOC (or equivalent) is essential.</li><li>Capability to perform under stressful situations.</li><li>Cost estimation, cost control, planning, risk management and contractual knowledge.</li><li>Engineering, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning awareness.</li><li>Fluency in the English language.</li><li>Knowledge of project management tools.</li><li>Knowledge of basic financial concepts.</li></ul><br>Additional Information<br><p><strong>You are someone who:</strong></p><br><ul><li>Good communication and interface with Project Team</li><li>Operational mindset</li><li>Has excellent organizational skills</li><li>Is passionate about his/her field of expertise and determined to succeed </li></ul><p><strong>What's in it for you: </strong></p><br><p>Expat package is on the shelf, yet the real joy comes from being a member of smart and passionate teams, within an international leading EPC Group on a mission that matters.
