<p>*Develop creative landscape concepts and detailed design proposals.</p><p>*Prepare site plans, planting plans, hardscape layouts, irrigation layouts, and construction drawings.</p><p>*Conduct site analysis, measurements, and assessments.</p><p>*Produce accurate 2D drawings and 3D landscape models.</p><p>*Create realistic renderings, animations, and visual presentations for client approval.</p><p>*Select appropriate plants, trees, shrubs, paving materials, and landscape elements suitable for project requirements.</p><p>*Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and project managers throughout the design and construction process.</p><p>*Ensure designs comply with local regulations, environmental standards, and client specifications.</p><p>*Review project progress and provide design support during construction.</p><p>*Prepare presentation boards, design reports, and project documentation.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>*Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Design, Architecture, or a related field.</p><p>*Minimum 3–5 years of experience in landscape design or a related discipline.</p><p>*Proficiency in AutoCAD (Computer-Aided Design) for preparing 2D technical drawings and construction documentation.</p><p>*Proficiency in Autodesk 3ds Max for 3D modeling and landscape visualization.</p><p>*Proficiency in Lumion for producing high-quality renderings, walkthroughs, and presentation animations.</p><p>*Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator for creating presentation boards, diagrams, and graphic design materials.</p><p>*Knowledge of landscape materials, planting design, grading, irrigation systems, and hardscape detailing.</p><p>*Understanding of local landscape regulations and sustainable design practices.</p><p>*Strong visualization, creativity, and attention to detail.</p><p>*Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.</p><p>*Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.</p><p>*Competitive salary based on experience</p><p>*Willing to relocate in Al Ain, UAE</p><br>
