Job Purpose Provide legal counsel and advisory services to the management of Offshore & Marine Services and to the senior management at Maritime & Shipping Cluster on all business matters involving its legal, governance, compliance and corporate affairs. Advise on ongoing legal risks, support internal departments in contract drafting, advice, due diligence, litigation and ensure adherence to legal provisions and protection of company’s rights. <br>About the Maritime Cluster AD Ports Group’s Maritime & Shipping Cluster is led by Noatum Maritime, a globally connected agile entity operating across multiple countries. With a fleet of over 250 vessels and decades of expertise, Noatum Maritime offers a diverse portfolio of services delivering “everything you need on the seas.”<br>Responsibilities Core Responsibilities:Provide legal advice to Offshore & Marine Services on daily activities, transactions, contracts and agreements in line with policies and procedures and provide legal approvals in order to minimise financial, legal and reputational risks. Create long-term compliance strategies and establish compliance-related standards and procedures that support legal and operational compliance with all laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
