<ul><li><p>Sanding and preparing wooden surfaces including doors, panels, cabinetry, and furniture.</p></li><li><p>Mixing and applying PU, NC, AC, stains, and topcoats using spray guns inside the factory paint booth.</p></li><li><p>Operating and maintaining the paint booth including airflow control, filter cleaning, and booth upkeep.</p></li><li><p>Inspecting finished surfaces for smoothness, uniformity, and defect‑free results.</p></li><li><p>Maintaining spray guns, compressors, and finishing equipment.</p></li><li><p>Performing touch‑ups or painting work on site when required.</p></li><li><p>Following all HSE and safety guidelines.</p></li><li><p>Handling any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>Minimum 3 years UAE experience in joinery spray painting.</p></li><li><p>Proficient in PU, NC, AC, stains, primers, and finishing systems.</p></li><li><p>Skilled in HVLP/LVLP spray guns and sanding tools.</p></li><li><p>Experience operating and maintaining a paint booth.</p></li><li><p>Strong attention to detail and finishing quality.</p></li><li><p>Basic English communication skills.</p></li></ul>
