<p>▸ Finished Goods Receipt: Receive finished goods transferred from the Production Supervisor; verify quantities, SKUs, and batch details against production records; and record all receipts into the store register and ERP system (Odoo 18).
▸ Delivery Note Issuance: Prepare and issue Delivery Notes for driver vans prior to dispatch; ensure each note accurately reflects the products, quantities, and customer destinations assigned to each route.
▸ Daily Invoicing: Generate and process sales invoices for all goods dispatched on a daily basis; coordinate with the Accounts Department to ensure invoices are posted accurately and on time.
▸ Record-Keeping & Reconciliation: Maintain up-to-date store ledgers and stock registers; perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of goods received, goods issued, and closing balances to ensure zero discrepancy between physical stock and ERP records.
▸ Stock Control: Monitor finished goods inventory levels; report low stock or surplus situations to the supervisor; prevent losses due to expiry or mishandling of perishable bakery products.
▸ Documentation & Filing: Maintain organized physical and digital records of all Delivery Notes, Goods Received Notes (GRN), and invoices for audit readiness.
▸ Coordination: Liaise daily with the Production Supervisor, delivery drivers, and the Accounts team to ensure smooth and timely dispatch operations.

✓ Proficiency in ERP systems; experience with Odoo is a strong advantage.

✓ Good command of English (Arabic is an advantage); able to communicate effectively with drivers, supervisors, and accounts staff.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations across our bakery product lines — including croissants, samoon, burger buns, toast, and Maamoul. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, ensure food safety compliance, and manage high-volume production workflows in a fast-paced mass-production environment.
</p><p><strong>Roles & Responsibilities</strong></p><p>● Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to food safety standards, proactively identifying and eliminating bottlenecks across all bakery lines.
● Develop and implement production schedules and workflows, adjusting plans dynamically based on resource availability, demand forecasts, and delivery timelines.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including QA, procurement, and distribution — to ensure seamless process integration and on-time product delivery.
● Monitor production metrics and KPIs, leveraging data analysis to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance overall plant productivity.
● Ensure compliance with UAE food safety regulations, HACCP principles, and company quality standards across all production stages.
● Manage and develop production staff, conducting performance reviews, training programmes, and shift planning for a multi-shift operation.
● Coordinate with the Maintenance team to minimise equipment downtime and support a preventive maintenance culture.
</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>● Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field. ● Minimum 5 years of experience in a food or bakery production environment, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role. ● Hands-on experience in mass production of baked goods — bread, pastries, or similar FMCG food products is strongly preferred. ● Certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, HACCP, or Food Safety Management Systems are highly desirable. ● Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to supervise large, multi-nationality production crews. ● Proficiency in production planning tools and ERP systems (experience with Odoo or similar platforms is an advantage). ● Excellent command of English; Arabic or Urdu language skills are a plus in our multicultural environment.
