<p>We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Logistic, Procurement cum Admin professional to join our fish-agriculture company based in Umm Al Quwain, UAE. This multifaceted role requires managing logistics operations, procurement activities, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.
- Oversee and manage end-to-end logistics operations for Live Fish (import and export)
- Handle customs clearance documentation and liaise with freight forwarders.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure goods and services at competitive prices while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain and update procurement records, contracts, and vendor databases.
- Manage administrative tasks including documentation, office supplies management, and coordinating communication between departments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations related to logistics, procurement, and administration.
- Collaborate closely with the production team to support operational needs and ensure inventory availability.
- Prepare reports on procurement, logistics performance and administrative activities for management review.
- Track shipments and resolve delays or transportation issues.
- Maintain accurate logistics records and reports.
- Track shipments and handle documentation such as invoices, packing lists, bill of lading, and delivery notes
- Provide administrative support including filing, report preparation, and coordination between departments.
- Coordinate drivers & vehicle maintenance and general administrative requirements.</p><p>- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven track record with 3–10 years of experience in logistics, procurement, and administration.
- Proven experience in logistics, procurement, and administrative roles, preferably within the agriculture or fishery industry.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with supply chain management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Effective communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle challenges with proactiveness and efficiency.
- Willing to relocate to Umm Al Quwain or anywhere in UAE
- Open to flexible working hours and adaptable to work requirements.
- Preferably holds a valid UAE Driving License.
