<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><ul><li><p>Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, and wireless access points.</p></li><li><p>Monitor and troubleshoot network, server, and internet connectivity issues.</p></li><li><p>Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, user accounts, group policies, and shared resources.</p></li><li><p>Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.</p></li><li><p>Install, configure, and support VoIP systems, CCTV systems, and other communication infrastructure.</p></li><li><p>Perform routine system monitoring, software updates, patch management, and data backups.</p></li><li><p>Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and network diagrams.</p></li><li><p>Support and troubleshoot operational systems, including laundry machine IT interfaces where applicable.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, maintenance, and technical support.</p></li><li><p>Provide onsite IT support across Head Office, accommodation camps, and project sites.</p></li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.</p></li><li><p>2–5 years of experience in Network Administration, System Administration, or IT Support.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, routers, switches, and wireless networking.</p></li><li><p>Experience with firewalls, VoIP systems, CCTV systems, Microsoft 365, and hardware troubleshooting.</p></li><li><p>Good understanding of network security, backup, and disaster recovery procedures.</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.</p></li><li><p>UAE driving license preferred (or mandatory if required by your company).</p></li><li><p>Willingness to travel to company offices, camps, and project sites across the UAE.</p></li></ul><p></p></section>
