<p>نحن نبحث حالياً عن مدير تطوير أعمال ذو خبرة لأحد عملائنا المقيمين في الإمارات العربية المتحدة والذي يُعد من أبرز شركات إدارة المرافق في الإمارات. سيتم تقاريرك إلى مدير تطوير الأعمال، ستكون مكلفاً بإدارة أنشطة تطوير الأعمال اليومية في دبي. يدعم مدير تطوير الأعمال جميع جوانب دورة حياة تطوير الأعمال من توليد العملاء والفرص حتى تطوير المقترحات من خلال دعم المساعيات المحددة والحفاظ على بنية الأعمال للشركة. هذه المسؤوليات تتضمن قدرًا كبيرًا من التنسيق والتعاون وإدارة الجدول الزمني في بيئة فريق ديناميكية. يتطلب هذا المنصب درجة عالية من التنظيم مع القدرة على التواصل مع الزملاء عبر الأقسام وعند جميع المستويات في المنظمة، بما في ذلك القيادة العليا، لدعم أنظمة وعمليات ومساعي تطوير الأعمال. مدير تطوير الأعمال مسؤول عن الحفاظ على إدارة علاقات العملاء وكذلك توليد عملاء جدد من قطاعات سوقية مختلفة في الإمارات العربية المتحدة.</p><p>المؤهلات ومتطلبات الوظيفة: • شهادة جامعية مع تفضيل وجود ماجستير في إدارة الأعمال (MBA) • شهادات ذات صلة بإدارة المرافق تعتبر ميزة • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال مشابه • خبرة في المبيعات والتسويق • رخصة قيادة إماراتية • فهم قوي لمعايير خدمة الضيافة ومبادئ تجربة الضيف</p>
