They partner with clients from concept through to operations, ensuring developments are commercially sustainable, operationally efficient and future-ready.<br><br>Job Description<br><br>Advise developers and asset owners on facilities, estate and operational strategies across master-planned communities and mixed-use developments. Review masterplans and design proposals to improve operational efficiency, maintainability, lifecycle performance and long-term asset value. Develop operational readiness, transition and mobilisation strategies from construction through to live operations. Support the development of operating models, governance frameworks, KPIs and service delivery standards. Lead FM procurement activities, including service provider selection, mobilisation and performance management. Develop lifecycle maintenance, asset management and infrastructure operation strategies. Collaborate with development, design and project delivery teams to ensure operational requirements are embedded throughout the project lifecycle.
