<p>لدى عميلنا في الاستشارات الإشرافية المتعددة الجنسيات مطلب جديد لمهندس موقع ذو خبرة كبيرة للانضمام إلى فريقهم في أبوظبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة. سيكون لدى المرشحين الناجحين سجل حافل كمهندس موقع في مشاريع البناء الجديدة في الإمارات ومن الأفضل أن عملوا سابقاً لصالح شركة استشارية معروفة في التصميم أو الهندسة، هذا الدور متاح للانضمام الفوري وهو عقد ابتدائي لمدة 5 أشهر كموظف خارجي من خلال J10 Consulting. المسؤوليات الرئيسية: • سيكون المهندس الموقع على الموقع ويدعم تنفيذ التصميم المعماري أثناء مرحلة البناء. يشمل الدور متابعة الأعمال المعمارية، وضمان تنفيذ الأعمال وفق الرسومات والمواصفات المعتمدة والأنظمة المحلية ذات الصلة ومعايير المشروع، مع المساعدة في التنسيق مع المقاولين وبقية التخصصات. سيعمل المهندس الموقع بشكل وثيق مع المهندس المعماري الأول وفريق المشروع الأوسع للحفاظ على سلامة التصميم، وحل مشاكل الموقع، ومراقبة جودة البناء وتقدمه. • مراجعة رسومات الورش المعمارية وتقديم المواد لضمان الامتثال لمستندات التصميم المعتمدة ومواصفات المشروع. إبراز الت discrepancies والتنسيق مع المهندس المعماري الأول للموافقة النهائية. • مراقبة أنشطة الموقع اليومية لضمان تنفيذ الأعمال المعمارية وفق الرسومات المعتمدة، والمواصفات، ومعايير الجودة. • إجراء فحص منتظم للموقع للتحقق من الحرفة وجودة المواد والتزامها بنية التصميم. الإبلاغ عن عدم المطابقة والمتابعة للإجراءات التصحيحية. • المساعدة في تنسيق الأعمال المعمارية مع تخصيصات أخرى مثل الإنشائي والكهرباء والميكانيكا والمناظر الطبيعية و ID لضمان التكامل السلس في الموقع. • دعم المهندس المعماري الأول في حل القضايا المتعلقة بالتصميم من خلال إعداد الرسومات التوضيحية والتوضيحات والتنسيق مع مكتب التصميم عند الضرورة. • حضور الاجتماعات الميدانية وجلسات التنسيق، وتوثيق المناقشات وبنود العمل والمتابعة في الوقت المناسب للمهام المعينة. • الحفاظ على سجلات منظمة للرسومات و RFIs والتقديمات وتعليمات الموقع والمراسلات. • ضمان الامتثال للوائح المحلية ومعايير السلامة من خلال مراقبة ممارسات الموقع والإبلاغ عن أي مخالفات. • المساعدة في مراجعة النماذج الأولية وعينات المواد لضمان التوافق مع نية التصميم ومتطلبات المشروع. • إعداد تقارير الموقع التي تلخص التقدم والقضايا والتفتيش والملاحظات لتقديمها إلى المهندس المعماري الأول أو المهندس المقيم. • دعم إعداد والتحقق من رسومات كما بُنيت خلال عملية البناء. • التنسيق مع المقاولين لتوضيح متطلبات التصميم وضمان التنفيذ في الوقت المحدد للأعمال المعمارية. • تحديد التأخيرات المحتملة أو المخاطر المتعلقة بالأعمال المعمارية ورفعها إلى المهندس المعماري الأول لاتخاذ الإجراء.</p><p>خبرة مهندس الموقع: • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية • خبرة معماريـة لا تقل عن 5–8 سنوات، مع 3–5 سنوات على الأقل في العمل الموقعي في الإمارات العربية المتحدة أو منطقة مجلس التعاون الخليجي. • فهم جيد لقوانين البناء الإماراتية ولوائح الإنشاء. • معرفة تقنية قوية بتفاصيل المعمار والمواد ومنهجيات البناء. • الكفاءة في AutoCAD وRevit وبرامج هندسة معمارية أخرى؛ الإلمام بسير عمل BIM يضاف ميزة. • مهارات اتصال وتنسيق قوية مع القدرة على العمل بفاعلية مع المقاولين والاستشاريين والفرق متعددة التخصصات. • قدرات حل مشاكل راسخة مع نهج استباقي لمعالجة تحديات الموقع. • اهتمام عالي بالتفاصيل والالتزام بالحفاظ على جودة التصميم في الموقع. • فهم لترتيب عمليات البناء وممارسات إدارة الموقع.</p>
