<p><strong>المبيعات وتطوير الأعمال</strong> ● تحقيق أهداف المبيعات الشهرية والسنوية وفقًا لخطة مبيعات الشركة. ● توليد أعمال جديدة من خلال الاتصالات الباردة، والتشبيك، وزيارات العملاء، والإحالات. ● تحديد فرص جديدة لـ WTP و STP و ETP وأنظمة أحواض السباحة ومحطات RO وغير ذلك من حلول معالجة المياه. ● تطوير وصيانة خط أنابيب مبيعات قوي. ● إجراء عروض تقديمية للعملاء ومناقشات تقنية. ● المشاركة في المعارض والندوات والمعارض التجارية والأنشطة الترويجية. ● التفاوض على الشروط التجارية وإغلاق المبيعات بنجاح. </p><p><strong>دعم المبيعات التقنية</strong> ● فهم متطلبات العملاء وتقديم حلول تقنية مناسبة. ● إعداد تصميمات أنظمة أولية وحسابات تقنية. ● التنسيق مع فريق التصميم والاقتراحات لتقديمات فنية. ● المساعدة في إعداد عروض الأسعار، والاقتراحات، ووثائق المناقصة، والعروض التجارية. ● ضمان تقديم الوثائق الفنية والتجارية في الوقت المحدد. </p><p><strong>إدارة علاقات العملاء</strong> ● بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع الاستشاريين والمقاولين والمطورين والصناعات والمستخدمين النهائيين. ● الرد السريع على استفسارات العملاء وحل المشكلات بمهنية. ● إبقاء العملاء مطلعين على المنتجات والتقنيات الجديدة. ● تنسيق جمع أوامر العمل، وأوامر الشراء، والمدفوعات عند الحاجة. </p><p><strong>تطوير السوق</strong> ● تحديد فرص سوقية جديدة عبر دبي والإمارات المتحدة. ● إجراء بحث تسويقي وتحليل المنافسين. ● متابعة اتجاهات السوق وتقديم ملاحظات منتظمة للإدارة. ● تطوير وتوسيع قاعدة بيانات العملاء. </p><p><strong>التنسيق عبر الوظائف</strong> ● التنسيق مع الهندسة والتصميم والتوريد والمالية وقسم الخدمات لتنفيذ المشروع بنجاح. ● ضمان تسليم المشروع بسلاسة بعد تأكيد الطلب. ● دعم أنشطة ما بعد البيع للحفاظ على رضا العملاء. ● المتابعة مع فريق المالية بشأن الدفعات المستحقة. </p><p><strong>التقارير</strong> ● تقديم تقارير المبيعات اليومية والأسبوعية. ● الحفاظ على سجلات CRM دقيقة. ● تتبع خط أنابيب المبيعات والتوقعات وحالة المشروع. ● توفير تحديثات منتظمة للإدارة العليا. </p><p><strong>الملف المرغوب فيه للمرشح</strong></p><p><strong>المؤهلات المطلوبة</strong> ● درجة البكالوريوس أو الدبلوم في: ○ الهندسة الميكانيكية ○ الهندسة الكهربائية ○ الهندسة الكيميائية ○ الهندسة البيئية ○ الهندسة المدنية ○ أو أي مؤهل تقني مكافئ ● الخريجون ذوو خبرة مبيعات مشاريع ذات صلة قد يتقدمون أيضًا. </p><p><strong>الخبرة</strong> ● 1–3 سنوات خبرة في مبيعات المشاريع. ● يفضل الخبرة في معالجة المياه، معالجة مياه الصرف الصحي، الهندسة البيئية، المرافق الميكانيكية والكهربائية (MEP)، المعدات الصناعية، المضخات، أو الصناعات ذات الصلة. ● سيكون من الأفضل الخبرة في التعامل مع الاستشاريين والمقاولين والمطورين والصناعات أو الجهات الحكومية. </p><p><strong>المهارات والكفاءات</strong> ● مهارات تواصل وعرض تقديمي ممتازة. ● قدرات تفاوض وإغلاق قوية. ● كفاءة تقنية مع قدرة بيع الحلول. ● توجه يركز على العميل. ● مهارات تفاعل وعلاقات شخصية قوية. ● قدرات تحليلية وحل مشكلات جيدة. ● تحفيز ذاتي ونهج استباقي. ● القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق. ● مهارات تنظيمية وإدارة الوقت قوية. ● إتقان Microsoft Office (Excel وWord وPowerPoint). ● معرفة ببرامج CRM ميزة إضافية. <strong>المتطلبات الإلزامية</strong> ● تصريح عمل/إقامة صالح في الإمارات العربية المتحدة (دبي). ● رخصة قيادة الإمارات العربية المتحدة سارية. ● الرغبة في السفر عبر الإمارات العربية المتحدة لاجتماعات العملاء وزيارات المشاريع. ● إتقان جيد للإنجليزية (كتابة وتحدثًا). معرفة باللغة الهندية أو العربية ستكون ميزة إضافية. </p><p><strong>الملف المفضل للمرشح</strong> ● ستُعطى الأولوية للمرشحات من الإناث. ● يُفضل المرشحون المقيمون حاليًا في الإمارات. ● سيكون للمرشحين الذين لديهم شبكة موجودة في قطاع الإنشاءات الإماراتي، أو MEP، أو معالجة المياه، أو الصناعات ميزة إضافية. ● شغف بالمبيعات وتطوير الأعمال وإدارة علاقات العملاء. ● محترف مفعم بالحيوية وواثق وهدفه واضح ويملك موقفًا إيجابيًا.
