Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>Minimum 10 years of experience in cyber security or technology operations, with a strong focus on security operations.</p><ul><li><p>Minimum 3 years of experience leading security operations, remediation, or platform delivery teams.</p></li><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.</p></li><li><p>Experience operating security controls aligned to frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and cloud security standards.</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to fix security issues in production environments, not just identify them.</p></li><li><p>Strong coordination and communication skills in high‑pressure operational scenarios.</p></li><li><p>Strong hands‑on experience with:</p></li></ul><p>o Security operations and incident response</p><p>o IAM / CIAM/ PAM/ SASE/ NGFW/ WAF/ API Protection/ DDooS/ NAC / CASB/ SWG/ Email Protection/ Endpoint Protection <p>Location: Ruwais Refinery</p><p>Functional Area: Refinery Strategy, Change & Performance Management</p><p>Career Status: Mid-Management</p><p><br></p><p>Purpose of Job</p><ul><li>Provides assistance to the Refinery Management in establishing, implementing and monitoring of Management Certification Systems. </li><li>Promotes the culture of compliance of certification requirements by all Refinery staff in line with the Certification Systems/Standards such as ISO 9001, 14001, 50001, OHSAS 18001 etc. </li><li>Enhances Refinery business processes by defining procedures, deconstructing strategies and identifying non value activities and systems in order to promote improvements to Refinery performance. </li><li>Reviews and analyses operations coordination procedures, standard operating practices, internal workflow control procedures, and business processes and recommends improvement proposals for simplification and effectiveness.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Minimum Job Requirements</p><ul><li>B.Sc. in Chemical, Mechanical or Petroleum Engineering, Certified Lead Auditing of QMS, EHS, etc. with other related business studies.</li><li>7 years’ experience in the petroleum refining/Hydrocarbon processing/ Process Industry in diversified roles</li><li>with at least three years of direct experience to independently handle/implement Management Certifications successfully.</li><li>Good communication skills in English. </li><li>Knowledge of Arabic language is an added advantage.</li></ul>
