The role requires a profile similar to a Site Construction Manager, combined with strong project site execution and interface leadership capabilities<br><br>Key Responsibilities Effectively coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders on the Island, including EPC Contractors, Drilling, Logistics, IPMT Projects, and support teams. Serve as the Incident Commander, managing integrated ERP systems among EPC Contractors to ensure emergency preparedness, equipment readiness, and personnel training. Oversee the safe and efficient operation of the Island Temporary Accommodation Camp and associated utilities (RO, STP, DEG, HVAC, Chillers, FW System) and other projects in the TSF Areas. Ensure welfare compliance for all personnel on the Island through audits and welfare meetings. Manage space allocation changes for EPC Contractors, Drilling, Logistics, and Projects on the existing Island plot plan. Ensure safe vehicle movement and transportation by managing traffic and safe passage on the Island. Oversee marine logistics, site access, and transportation arrangements. We are looking a highly skilled and safety -conscious Electrical technician to join our maintenance team, the primary role is to ensure the Electrical integrity, reliability and efficiency of all plant equipment, this includes high speed packing machinery , refrigeration systems ( ammonia experience a plus), conveyor, PLC- Controlled Processing, the ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with a strong Electrical background in a further Processing plant or FMCG.<br><br>Description<br><br>Electrical maintenance & Repair:<br><br> Perform routine and preventive electrical maintenance on all plant equipment. Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical issues on AC/DC drivers, motor starters, relays, sensors, and control circuits. Read and interpret electrical schematics blueprints, and PLC ladder logic. Install, calibrate, and maintain electrical components and systems. <br><br>PLC & Controls Expertise<br><br> Troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform minor programming changes on PLCs, HMIs, and VFD. Understand and work with networked devices and industrial communication devices and communication protocols. <br><br>Safety & Compliance<br><br> Adhere strictly to all company safety policies, including lockout/ tagout (LOTO) procedures, ARC flash safety, and NFPA 70E standards. (understanding of refrigeration control circuits is critical) <br><br>Documentation & Teamwork<br><br> Accurately document work orders, parts usage, and maintenance activities in the CMMS (COMPUTRIZED MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM) Collaborate effectively with mechanics operators, and other team members to minimize down time. <br><br>Qualifications,Experience & Skills<br><br>Academic and professional qualifications: <br><br> Graduated From High School Diploma or High institute.
