Run real budgets. See real revenue. Get paid like the results you create.
If you're a performance marketer who loves the craft — the testing, the scaling, the moment a campaign clicks and the numbers move — read these three lines first:
Your work drives millions. You'll run meaningful ad budgets where every dirham is tracked to revenue and your campaigns directly build seven-figure outcomes for world-class clients.
You'll be seen and rewarded. Top performers here are recognised and paid like top performers — base plus a performance bonus tied to the results you actually produce.
You'll grow, fast, with people you enjoy. A high-energy, supportive Dubai Marina team that takes the work seriously, wins together, and gives you the trust and runway to step into a senior/lead role.
If that's the kind of seat you've been looking for, keep reading.
Company: Patient Uplift Location: Dubai Marina, UAE (on-site, full-time) Type: Full-time, in-office Salary: AED [10,000–30,000]/month + performance bonus Reports to: CEO / Head of Growth
About Patient Uplift
Patient Uplift is a leading growth agency trusted by 150+ elite surgeons and medical specialists across 4 continents, generating $350M+ in high-value cases. We build done-for-you patient acquisition systems that turn ad spend into booked, high-ticket surgical and dental cases — combining paid media, conversion systems, and our proprietary Patient Uplift AI platform.
We don't run vanity campaigns. Every dirham of spend is tracked back to revenue. If you want to run real budgets, see your work convert into seven-figure client outcomes, and be held to results, this is your seat.
The Role
We're hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition across our client practices. You'll plan, launch, and optimise Meta and Google Ads campaigns with one job: deliver pre-screened, high-intent patients at a profitable cost per acquisition — consistently, month after month.
This is a hands-on, KPI-owning role for someone who lives in Ads Manager, reads data fast, and knows how to scale a winning campaign without breaking the funnel.
What You'll Do
• Build, launch, and scale paid campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads for multiple client accounts
• Own the full funnel: targeting, creative testing, landing/consult pages, lead quality, and cost per booked consult
• Optimise daily against ROAS, CPL, and consult-to-case conversion — not just clicks
• Develop and test ad creative and messaging angles in partnership with our creative team
• Manage budgets responsibly across accounts and report performance clearly
• Work inside our Patient Uplift AI system (lead capture, follow-up automation, attribution) to tighten the path from ad to booked case
• Deliver weekly and monthly reporting: statistics plus the actions taken (new creatives, campaigns tested, account changes)
Why Patient Uplift
• Work with a recognised, results-driven agency serving top specialists worldwide
• Real budgets and real outcomes — your campaigns directly drive client revenue
• A fun, high-performing, supportive culture that takes the work seriously without taking itself too seriously
• A safe, respectful, and inclusive environment where your contribution is seen and appreciated
• Performance-based bonus tied to the results you create — top performers are paid like top performers
• Dubai Marina base in a fast-scaling agency with a clear path into a senior/lead role
• Applications without specific performance results will not be prioritised.

This Role Is For You If
• You're a genuine high performer who feels stalled or bored where you are — the ceiling is too low and you've outgrown the work
• You're not being recognised or paid for the results you actually create
• You want a fast-moving, high-energy team that rewards ownership and wins together
• You want to be measured on outcomes and given the budgets and trust to deliver them
What You Bring
• 3+ years running paid acquisition (Meta + Google) with direct-response / lead-gen results you can prove
• Deep command of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads — bidding, audiences, pixels/conversions, testing frameworks
• Strong analytical instinct: comfortable with attribution, CPL/ROAS math, and funnel diagnostics
• Experience managing meaningful ad budgets and multiple accounts at once
• Bias toward ownership and accountability — you chase the outcome, not just the task
• Bonus: agency background, experience in medical/aesthetic/high-ticket lead gen, or familiarity with GoHighLevel-type CRM/automation systems

Reporting directly to and supporting our senior deployed representative in the UAE, you will be the on-the-ground force multiplier that keeps our systems running, our customers confident, and our deployments executing flawlessly.

This is not a desk role. You will be hands-on with hardware in the field, embedded alongside military and government customers, and comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy when the lead is engaged elsewhere. You are someone who brings calm and competence to complex environments — technically literate enough to troubleshoot a system integration issue, operationally sharp enough to plan and coordinate a multi-site deployment, and culturally aware enough to build trusted relationships across the region.

This role sits within the Operations & Training group on the Mission team, with a dotted line to CHAOS Industries' UK & Europe leadership.

Responsibilities

Deployment & Field Operations - You will plan, coordinate and execute CHAOS system deployments across the UAE and wider Middle East — from pre-deployment readiness through to customer handover. When the senior representative is unavailable, you lead. You are the person who makes sure everything is in the right place, in the right condition, at the right time. Technical Support & Systems - You will develop genuine hands-on familiarity with CHAOS hardware and software, capable of setting up systems, running configuration, and resolving first-line issues in the field without needing to call home. You don't need to be a software engineer, but you must be comfortable in a Linux terminal, with networking fundamentals, and with hardware that doesn't always behave. Customer Relationships & Mission Success - You will be the customer's most reliable point of contact for day-to-day operational matters — building trusted relationships with military and government counterparts across the region, capturing feedback systematically, and feeding it back to CHAOS product and engineering teams. You represent CHAOS in the field; how you show up matters. Regional Coordination - Beyond your core deployment responsibilities, you will support demonstrations, coordinate logistics for visiting CHAOS teams, and maintain awareness of the regional operating environment. You will also manage in-country administrative and compliance requirements to support a professional, low-friction CHAOS presence across the Gulf.

Minimum Requirements

3+ years of experience in a field operations, systems support, or technical operations role — ideally within defence, government technology, or a mission-critical environment. Proven ability to operate independently and make sound decisions in ambiguous, fast-moving field environments. Sufficient technical aptitude to set up, configure, and conduct first-line troubleshooting of complex hardware/software systems; comfortable with networking fundamentals and basic Linux environments. Experience planning and coordinating logistics for overseas operational deployments, including risk management for personnel and equipment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills — able to build genuine trust with military and government customers, and to communicate clearly up the chain to leadership. Willingness to travel extensively across the Middle East region (up to 50%), sometimes at short notice and to remote locations. Culturally fluent and professionally composed in Gulf operating environments. Eligible to obtain and maintain relevant security clearances.

Preferred Requirements

Military background, ideally with operational experience in the Middle East or Gulf region. Previous FSR, FAE, or field operations experience supporting hardware-centric defence or sensor systems. Familiarity with radar, RF, UAS, C2 systems, or AI-enabled sensing platforms. Arabic language skills or extensive prior experience working with Gulf defence establishments. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Military Science, Computer Science, or a related field (not required — equivalent operational experience equally valued). Experience working with or alongside EDGE Group, UAE Armed Forces, or regional equivalents.

Why CHAOS?

Health Benefits: private medical, dental and vision benefits (for employees & dependents) will be 100% paid for by the company Additional benefits: 5% pension match Compensation Components: competitive base salaries, generous pre-IPO stock option grants, relocation assistance + (coming soon!) annual bonuses Team Growth: 350 employees and counting across 5 global offices

Recruiting Agencies: CHAOS Industries does not accept unsolicited resumes or outreach. Department: Specialized Roles Location: Global+Compensation: $7.00 / hour

Description

About the Client
Our client is a growing online marketplace in the recreational rentals space, connecting everyday adventurers with local businesses that rent out gear like bikes, kayaks, boats, and paddleboards. As a lean, founder-led startup, they're focused on making it fast and easy for customers to search, compare, and book equipment — while also supporting the rental partners who supply that inventory. They're currently modernizing their internal systems to support their next stage of growth, starting with a full CRM overhaul.

Why does this role exist?
This role exists to solve a critical operational bottleneck: the client's sales and customer support functions are currently held back by a clunky, inefficient CRM system with no in-house bandwidth to fix it. This hire is being brought in to take full ownership of that transition, then stay on as the go-to person for sales support and eventually customer success, so the systems and processes underpinning the client's growth are stable, proactive, and no longer dependent on any one person to keep running.

The Impact you’ll make

CRM Migration & Systems Setup Lead the end-to-end migration of data from Freshsales/Desk into Hub Spot Configure and set up Hub Spot Sales and Service tools to match the client's workflows Troubleshoot migration issues and ensure a smooth, low-disruption transition
Sales Support & Operations Manage day-to-day CRM upkeep, data entry, and account maintenance in Hub Spot Build and manage sales and marketing sequences, including email templates and follow-ups Support onboarding and training for accounts moving through the sales pipeline Produce recurring sales operations reporting
Customer Success & Support Provide front-line customer support and troubleshooting once ramped up on the client's platform Handle light content writing for customer-facing communications Build toward a broader customer success role as familiarity with the platform grows
Internal Enablement Deliver onboarding and light training to the client's internal team on new Hub Spot workflows Act as the internal point of reference for Hub Spot best practices, reducing reliance on the founder
Communication & Accountability Maintain proactive, consistent communication with the client on progress, blockers, and priorities Ensure reliable attendance and follow-through on committed tasks and deadlines

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required:Hands-on experience with Hub Spot CRM (Sales and Service tools) — non-negotiable Prior experience with CRM data migration (Freshsales/Desk to Hub Spot preferred, or similar platform migration experience) Background in sales operations or sales support Strong written and verbal English communication skills Demonstrated reliability: consistent attendance and proactive, self-directed follow-through

Your superpowers are...
